Shenzhen Kailicheng Industrial Development Co., Ltd (named KLC-
Company), a High-tech Enterprise, was established in 2004 and
specialized in Anti-counterfeiting technology’s research, sales and
services. KLC-Company owns the first class team of design and

2 图文防伪纸 / The Graphic Paper of Anti-counterfeiting（TheGPA）
简要说明/ Brief Introduction
该产品的生产技术是由国家知识产权局独家授权的发明专利（专利号
200610061554），其产品生产的技术核心的特殊喷印装置也是经授权（专利号
200910305775）专利设备。除此之外，该产品生产技术还有六项发明专利共同
实施保护，该技术可在任何造纸机的网布上加装该专利装置后，就会在纸张的
任一芯层上喷印出任意色彩组合的图案或文字。它的制作难度和鉴别优势已经
远远地超过了人民币的纤维毛、金属线和水印纸。
The production technology of GPA is exclusively authorized Patent for
Invention by State Intellecual Property Office(Patent No.:
200610061554). Meanwhile, the special Printing Equipment with core
technology of production of GPA is also authorized Proprietary
Equipment(Patent No.: 200910305775). In addition, this production
technology is also under protection of another 6 Patents for
Invention. This production technology features graphic pattern or
words combined by any colour printed on any core layer of paper as
long as our Proprietary Equipment is installed on any Papermaking
machine’s mesh. The GPA’s production difficulty and identification
advantages have far surpassed RMB’s fiber hairy, metal wire and
water marked paper’s.
制造原理/Manufacture Principle
该产品的生产工艺是在庞大的造纸设备上加装了特殊专利装置，使包装用纸的
芯层（纸张一般都是多层结构制作的）喷印上带有厂商 Logo 或宣传广告语（广
告只包装里面可见），由于纸张表面浆层较薄、是半透明的，这样就形成了，

“表面看得到、撕开更明显。”的特殊防伪结构。
The GPA’s production technology is installing the special
Proprietary Equipment on the huge Papermaking Machine, and printing
factory Logo or tagline(which can only been found inside of the
packaging) on the paper for packaging( paper is usually multilayer
organized). As the coated layer of paper is thin and semitransparent,
the special structure of Anti-counterfeiting is formed and appears:
Visible to see through the surface, and more clear by tearing the
surface.
技术难点/Technological Difficulty
一、水性油墨/water-based ink
该油墨是完全自主研发的世界首创纸浆印刷油墨。由于该喷印是在造纸过程中
完成的，常规的油墨在这个过程中很快就会扩散、溶解于固化物只有不到 15%
的纸浆中。而该油墨却可以做到“0”扩散。此外，该油墨还可以掺入各种防伪
识别物质。
This water-based ink is the world’s first ever for printing on paper
pulp totally by our independent development. The printing is finished
in papermaking process. As we all know, the normal ink will diffuse
rapidly in papermaking process and dissolve in paper pulp which only
contains 15% cured materials. However, our water-based ink can never
diffuse, and this ink can mix all kinds of identification materials
of anti-counterfeiting.

This water-based ink is made from food-grade pigment through special

process. It is 100% environmental friendly, safe, reliable and comply
with domestic and international standards of environmental protection.
It is a worthy “zero”emission product . During the “Twelfth Five-
year Plan” period, our country lays emphasis on energy saving and
emission reduction, consumption reduction, pollution treatment. Any
pollution-carrying production process of Anti-counterfeiting Paper,
such as the traditional stained pulp, artificial coloured fiber and
so on will be eliminated. And our water-based ink certainly will be
the demonstration project in packaging industry for its energy saving,
emission reduction and environmental protection. Our water-based ink

二、喷印速度/printing speed
目前世界上最快的喷印设备也只能达到 250 米/分，且这个速度下只能完成单一
色彩的简单字符，无法喷印任何 Logo 或图案；而生产包装用纸的大型造纸设备
速度通常要超过 500 米/分，所以现有的喷印设备在造纸机上根本无法应用。
Currently the world’s fastest printing equipment can only reach
250m/min and it can only print the simple characters with single
colour, let alone any Logo or Graphic Pattern. However, the speed of
the large papermaking machine for packaging generally surpasses
500m/min. So all the current printing machines can not apply to these
large papermaking machines.

At present, our Proprietary Equipment of the GPA is able to surpass
the speed of 1000m/min. It is specially designed for papermaking

Resin of Surlyn , a unique ionic polymer, is polymerized by
Dupont's unique production processes with injection molding and
extrusion grade. When injection, Surlyn resin has the performance

KLC-Company Three-dimensional Dynamic Printing Technology (TDPT)
通常所说的立体动态印刷，又叫 3D 印刷，是指立体光栅印刷。它采用的是
一种模拟人眼间距可产生空间差的原理，将不同角度、不同层次的像素记录在

Generally, the referred Three-dimensional Dynamic Printing
technology, is also called 3D printing or Stereo Lenticular printing.
