A human resource management system (HRMS) refers to
the systems and processes at the intersection between human
resource management(HRM) and information technology.

 Just need a little knowledge to operate the system.
 Doesn’t require any extra hardware device.
 At last very easy to find the employees all
information.

 Its User friendly GUI based Application

 System is easier to understand and user friendly.
 This system help to manage the employee information.
 It is an important application which help Payroll functions
must calculate the basic salary and deductions while
setting the salary.
 This application also helps to reduced cost and improving
hr productivity

18. Under Construction:
 Attendance system, Sub Admin Panel, notice board etc.
 It is not able to calculate Attendance yet
 Communication part is under development.
Future Plan:
 To get rid of the current limitations of the project
 Adding more additional features
 Making android and web version of the project
