This document describes a remote health monitoring project called RHM. It will allow doctors to view patient reports from labs and provide suggestions. The project will be developed using Visual Studio 2008, Microsoft SQL Server 2005, and have 2 developers over 3 months. It will manage patient blood and urine reports as well as the system workflow. Doctors can login to view patient reports by ID and add comments. The system was proposed to Wintech Infosoft and has their support. It will require 1GB RAM, 80GB disk, and specified software. Users will include admins, lab operators, doctors and patients. Future plans include an SMS notification system.

 In this system , We globally manage patient report ( Blood , Urine ) as
well as flow of system.
 Patient’s report generate from lab and doctor can see that report after
his login and inserting patient id .
