- 20. Adverbs of Manner Adverbs of Manner answers the question - How? The adverbs which show the manner in which some action is done, are called Adverbs of Manner: Examples: He drives the car carefully. I did sums correctly. The boy writes neatly.
- 21. Adverbs of Place Adverbs of Place answers the question – Where? Adverbs of Place shows the place where actions are done. Examples: They were talking outside. The dog was hiding behind the bed. My mother goes to nearby park.
- 22. Adverbs of Time Adverbs of Time answer the question – When? Adverbs of Time shows when or at what time an action is done. Examples: My father will be angry if I come late. The teacher will give us a test tomorrow. They were quarrelling then.
- 23. Adverbs of Frequency Adverbs of Frequency answers the question – How often? Adverbs of frequency shows us how often an action is done. Examples: We often visit our relatives. Radha is usually late to school. Ria is always present for meeting.
