Refining company (APRC) since 1983 and up till now in the
following fields.
1. Planning of production general Dept.
(1983 to 1992).
a. Daily and monthly production programming.
b. Supervision of transportation and storage of
petroleum products.
c. Scheduling and preparing the petroleum pipelines
and storage tanks for maintenance requirements.
d. Supervision of exporting the petroleum products of
the company.
e. Monitoring & controlling the petroleum products
specification.
2. Technology & development general Dept
( 1992 up till now )
a. Technical study of new projects & revamping the existing
units.
b. Evaluation of technical offers for projects including process
DWGs, equipment, offsite facilities, chemicals, catalyst …
etc.
c. Preparing the visible study for new projects and revamping
the existing units.
3. d. Sizing of different pipelines & Instrumentations.
e. Preparing the technical specifications for different process
equipment followed by evaluation of different technical
offers.
f. Measuring, controlling & follow up the source of pollution
for environment protection.
g. Technical study, implementation & follow–up energy
conservation projects including the different process
heaters, boilers, heat recovery, fuel gas network &
condensate collecting systems.
h. Studying the corrosion problem &corrosion prevention
methods for distillation columns units, treatment
production units, tanks & other units of refinery.
i. Development & continuously improve the corrosion
management programs such as addition of chemical
inhibitor, material selection, cathodic protection & change
of operating conditions for equipment.
j. Corrosion Monitoring and control for different production
units, pipelines, tanks & equipment.
k. As a lecturer of corrosion fundamentals & control for
petroleum refining, Attends the in international center for
consulting & training, in addition of some other scientific
seminars
