1. AYURVEDA WAY FOR PREVENTION OF
COVID 19
• In the wake of the Covid 19 outbreak, entire mankind
across the globe is suffering.
• Enhancing the body’s natural defence system (immunity)
plays an important role in maintaining optimum health.
• Prevention is better than cure.
• While there is no medicine for COVID-19 as of now, it will
be good to take preventive measures which boost our
immunity in these times.
3. Rasayana
• Rasayana promotes strength, vitality,
longevity, memory, intelligence,
perseverance of youthfulness and the
maintenance of optimum strength of the
body and senses.
• Rasayana that enhances immune system are
Chyawanprash, Agastya Rasayan,
Chitrakharitaki Rasayan etc.
6. DIETARY SUGGESTIONS
• Ashwagandha can be used in multiple forms. It has
immunity enhancing effect
• It can be used in Churana form and added to soups,
tea or simply in warm water
• It can be used in Awaleha form available as

7. MEDICATED GRUELS FOR BREAKFAST
• Wheat, rice or ragi porridge can be prepared by
adding turmeric powder, jeeraka, fenugreek, dry
ginger and coriander

• Don’t take junk food with tea as it is considered

tulsi leaves, dry ginger and coriander
• Use jaggery instead of sugar for Coffee or tea

• Benefits- Reduces the density of virus and even protects
from Dengue and Chikungunya

a) Juice of adusa leaves(5ml) added with one
teaspoon of honey to be taken for 14-21 days
before food is an excellent Lung tonic
