一切的開始,來自於對服裝儀容的疑問……

我們只能在悶熱的黑色
長褲和不方便的黑裙中

於是,我們在班代大會上提出我
們的想法,得到的卻是校方消極
的回覆…
得到答案的同時,一個學期悄然而過…

服儀委員會何時召開?請公佈
流程方式及學生代表
請宣佈整個流程,應如何修改校
規?
校方回覆
服裝儀容規定由服儀委員會決議訂定
預定於 11 月中旬召開。成員係為行政代表、教師代表、
家長代表及學生代表等成員。家長及學生佔委員會二
分之一成員 。
本校服儀規定皆為服儀委員會訂定之,學務處生輔組、
教官室皆無任何意見,謹遵學校規定執行之。
通則辦法由各規定主管單位,召開各委員會議
訂之後,交付校務會議決之,若未通過校務會
議發回委員會再行重新修訂或否決。

針對議題調查

共識
有感於校內對服儀修改的期待,班聯會於
上學期末發下問卷調查「另開放可穿著全套運
動服進出校門」,調查結果為贊成。然校方要
求若開放穿運動服進出校門,考量安全因素,
運動服需繡學號,再次發放問卷調查,結果以
反對居多,予以撤案。
希望開放「制服上衣+運動短褲」
的聲音完全被忽略,也沒有解釋為
何不採納此意見,顯示與班聯會的
溝通有阻礙;且運動服繡學號是否
真能解決安全顧慮也是一大問題。
學校於上學期召開兩次服儀委員會,然而並
無公布會議紀錄、僅公布會議結果。據了解,是
為了保護與會人士的安全和其言論自由。但是,
關起門來開會,一般學生無法了解會議內容,更
無法集思廣益、共同解決所遇之問題。
一般學生對於和己身息息相關的服
儀問題無法參與討論、只能被動接
受結果,會議形同黑箱作業。目前
校方已同意考慮以條列重點且匿名
的方式將討論內容公開。

這次,我們決定自己來
雖然能體諒班聯會的作法,但我們認為,
高三仍是校園的一份子,應享有表達意見的權
利。因此我們自費印製問卷,調查本屆高三生
的意見,結果有超過六成支持。此為部分結
果,詳細內容及後續說明請見粉絲專頁。
然而,我們想做的遠遠不止這些…
從這次行動中,我們發現本校於學生自治方面仍有許多不足,無論
是意見溝通、行政流程、抑或是自身意識的覺醒,都需要我們共同努
力改進。唯有大家不再對校園事務冷漠,才能落實學生自治的真諦。
於是,我們成立了
服儀只是我們的第一步
未來我們將以學生自治為主
我們的目標是…
舉辦持續性的討論會,針對校園事務提供對話溝
通的平台,讓參與的同學不僅能發表意見,更能
一起激盪出不同面向的觀點與想法。討論過程中
匯聚紛雜意見、凝聚共識,對於學權爭取也有所
助益。
舉辦說明會,邀請北一、建中及附中學生會的成
員分享他們推動學生自治的經驗、遇到的困難
等,希望藉此讓更多同學產生對學生自治議題關
注的興趣。
