UGT manufactures automatic grain samplers that use a probe lowered into grain to collect samples. The probe sucks up grain and sends the sample to a container in a receiving cabin. The probe can be positioned above the vehicle using a rotating support. A key feature is the system touches the bottom of the vehicle body to ensure sampling across the entire height. When the probe touches the bottom, electronics detect increased voltage and invert the probe's movement. Stainless steel, hydraulics, and electronics automate the sampling process from various depths of grain in trucks and storage bins.

The only system that works with all types of raw materials at the same time, such as wheat, barley,
corn, rice, soybean, sunflower seeds, sunflower pellets, lentil and chickpea samples, soybean and
sunflower meal, rapeseed and corn gluten.
Thanks to the installed system, automatically or by remote control, from heaps on trucks and other
vehicles, vacuum, can take product samples from any depth.
The sample taken through the pipeline is delivered to the desired point. This system is controlled
by remote control.
Thanks to the hydraulic system used, an infinite force is created, which makes it possible to
penetrate to any depth of the product.
Since hydraulic systems contain fewer mechanical components, the possibility of breakage is
greatly reduced.
The system works by remote control.
The system offers the opportunity to work in manual or automatic mode.
In the automatic mode of operation, the process of taking a sample begins only after the tip of the
probe touches the vehicle body.
In manual mode of operation, the process of taking a sample begins only when the probe is
lowered to the desired depth.
An additional air pump eliminates the “vacuum effect”.
All functions are controlled by a joystick and control buttons.
The device can rotate around its axis at an angle of 240 degrees.
The telescopic boom extends 400 (GS3800) - 500 (GS4800) - 600 (GS5800) cm, depending on the
model. The length of the sample receiving section of the probe is 280 cm. It reaches the lower part
of the vehicle body with an adjustable pressure sensor connected to the system at the end. Then
the probe rises only after it has absorbed the grain over the entire height of the body, i.e. only
after it touched the bottom of the container, the "body" of the vehicle.
Since a pressure sensor is used, the depth of the vehicle body is not important, the detection
process is automatic. The sampling probe can be operated in three different positions through the
controller.
Sampling from one point lasts 8 seconds. Sampling from five different places of the car body
averages 90 seconds.
A total of 100 g to 3500 g sample thrust can be adjusted electronically and mechanically. The probe
passes, taking a sample with a diameter of 10 cm from the car body.
During operation, you can monitor the operation of the light signaling system (operation, contact
with the base of the housing, left, right, fault, parking position).
The collected sample at the end of the process is automatically collected in a bunker, which is
installed in the laboratory. The capacity of the sample bin is 10 kg.
The length of the standard pipe is 5 m. The sample transportation distance can be extended to 150
meters.
The buttons for emergency shutdown of the system are located on the body of the probe probe, as
well as the remote control.
All parts are protected against rust. The sampler works at a temperature from -30 to +50 degrees
Celsius.

UGT GRAIN SAMPLERS

UGT manufactures high-quality automatic samplers for grain crops. The probe is lowered into the grain
to be analyzed, sucks up some of its quantity and sends this sample to a container located in the
receiving cabin.
The installation of the probe above the vehicle point from which the sample is to be taken is made by
rotating the probe around the support.
One of the main features of the UGT samplers: This is a “body bottom touch” system. This system is
patented. To take a sample, the probe is immersed in the grain. Then the probe rises only after it has
absorbed the grain over the entire height of the body, i.e. only after it touched the bottom of the
container, the "body" of the vehicle.
When the probe rod touches the bottom of the body, the electronics note the increased voltage and
automatically invert movement. Thus, the system “touching the bottom of the body” ensures the taking
of samples across the entire height of the body.
The top end of the cycle is determined by a sensor that is configured at the factory. The starting position
parallel to the motorway can also be programmed.
1. The probe is made from AISI stainless steel.
Stainless steel AISI is acid resistant and can
withstand a short-term temperature increase
up to 900 degrees Celsius.
