1. BSY COMPENSATION PLAN
BSY India is having an innovative compensation plan provides a clear and simple road to accomplish
better lifestyles, income, recognitions and rewards directly proportional to their effort.
A person can be an associate of BSY India free of cost and start retailing the products. Based on the
performance he/she may be recognized to different positions. There are 7 ways to earn income with
BSY.

RETAIL PROFIT
Selling products directly to your customers is the first pillar of a solid foundation for your business. Face
to-face retail sales allow you to earn income by purchasing products at the Wholesale price and then
selling them at the Maximum Retail Price (MRP)
PERSONAL PERFORMANCE BONUS
Personal performance bonus are a sliding scale paid on personal, retail, sales over in Pay Volume (PV)
cumulative per month and is paid on the Monthly Pay Cycle. The more products you sell enables you to
earn more!
2. PERSONAL PV PERFORMANCE BONUS
100-499 5%
500- 999 8%
1000-2499 10%
2500-4999 12%
5000-9999 15%
10000 AND ABOVE 20%
1pv = Rs.10 for commission. For example you make a personal volume of 10000 pv in a month you get
2000 pv as commission works out to Rs.20000
GROUP PERFORMANCE BONUS
Team normally have members with complementary skills and generate synergy through a coordinated
effort which allows each member to maximize his/her strengths and minimize his/her weaknesses.
Building a team is an integral part of the business.
You can directly enroll any number of distributors into your organization but can be place in two lines of
your placement tree further distributors may be spilled over to their down line in the placement tree
but will be considered as your direct lines in your personal enrollment tree
You get promoted to various stairs of leadership based on the performance of your team. Distributors
climb the ladder of success and when they reach a certain level they are allowed to break away from
their up line distributors and run their organization independently. As distributors break away from their
up line this allows them to earn a greater commission. The advancement of rank starts from 1 star to 7
star in the following pattern
3. QUALIFICATION BONUS
1 STAR 4% OF PV
2 STAR 8% OF PV
3 STAR 12% OF PV
4 STAR 16% OF PV
5 STAR 20% OF PV
6 STAR 24% OF PV
7 STAR 28% OF PV
The volume and criteria achieved in a month will be considered for ranks but commissions will be paid
based on the active status of the month. As down line distributors achieve ranks the differential
percentage will be paid to the up line
An active distributor is a person who maintains 100 pv personal volume every month
4. ACTIVE BONUS
Active bonus is paid to active 2 stars and above. It is a reward paid for them for creating potential
distributors in their team. This bonus is based on the group performance bonus of the team mates.
Active bonus is paid in 5 compressed levels as follows

FAST START PLAN
A person joining BSY can get promoted as a classic distributor on making a personal business of
45 bonus points in a period of 30 days from his date of joining. On making 135 BP personal
volumes in 2 months he is promoted to a Bronze distributor. Same way 225 BP in 3 months promotes
him to Silver, 315 BP in 4 months to Titanium and 450 BP in 5 months to a Gold distributor. Fast track
income plan is applicable only for Classic and above
FAST DIRECT SPONSOR SALES BONUS
A classic distributor or above motivating and helping his personally enrolled distributors and help them
achieve ranks will earn fast direct sponsor sales bonus. The bonus is calculated daily and is settled
weekly

5. FAST START SALES BONUS
Fast start sales bonus based on the volume of fast start sales in ones placement tree. The payments are
made based on cycles .A total group volume of 135 BP provided 45 bonus points are from different line
of the placement tree makes a cycle (550 Rs). The bonus is calculated daily and is settled weekly .A
classic distributor will be paid to a maximum of 10 cycles each day,25 cycles for bronze,50 for silver,75
cycles for titanium and 100 cycles for gold
MATCHING BONUS
Matching bonus is paid on the fast start sales bonus of your personally enrolled distributor. You get 10%
of the fast start sales bonus of your personally enrolled distributors and 5% on the fast start sales bonus
of their personally enrolled distributors.
