To promote and advance innovation in developing
countries via education and capacity building, at both the
human and institutional levels.

Focus is on merging public interest, social justice with
training and education in IP management and technology
transfer. Projects geared towards accelerating
innovations in health and agriculture to developing
countries, e.g., vaccines and ag-biotech
