501(c)(3 ) charitable, tax deductible status
for fundraising for a specific project

• Project is “vetted” by NYFA and more attractive to funders
• Access to funding opportunities that are usually restricted to
501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations
• Donors enjoy the tax incentives of making a charitable
donation
• Check writing, financial, book keeping and tax services
• Projects have a minimum budget of $15,000
• If accepted Artspire charges an 8% administrative fee and
$100 contract fee
