5. Athletics
Athletics is an exclusive collection of
sporting events that involve competitive
running, jumping, throwing, and walking.
The most common types of athletics
competitions are track and field, road
running, cross country running, and race
walking.

7. Excursions & Activities
An excursion is an activity organised by a school
(not including work experience) during which
students leave the school grounds to engage in
educational activities (including camps and
sport). Adventure activities are included in this
definition (regardless of whether they occur
outside the school grounds or not).
