You hear this so many times when it comes
to the law of attraction but when it comes to
manifestation, do you really know what
to do to manifest your desired outcome?

self-help community for many, many decades.
There have been numerous books and numerous
e-courses on how to manifest using the art of
visualization.
3. But what one needs to understand is that its
very good visualizing, but its even better to
be at peace, most of the time.
But why is that?
4. You see, the thing is we live in a very cynical
and stressed out world. We go to work on a
normal shift every single day, and it is very
busy.
5. We come home, normally very tired, and have
many, ‘to do’ things, for e.g. taking our kids
out to go to school, we have to cook the
food, we have to tidy up the place, there are
many things we have to do and we simply
do not have enough time to sit down and be
at peace.
6. For many of us, we simply are too busy. And
that is because we live in a very rushed
society. We are in a society now where we
are taking more action then ever before.
Now, by all means, there is nothing wrong
with taking action.
7. But when it comes to trying to meditate, to try
to manifest your desires, you do need to
find a way to simply calm down, and think
about your goals and outcomes.
8. But how do you do that? Because meditation
itself, is a very simple art, once you know
how to do it.
You see, meditation has many great
advantages. You can begin to heal yourself,
using meditation.
9. Just by being at peace with yourself, you can
begin to self-heal. And that itself has its own
rewards.
You can actually start healing old past
memories, old, ‘hurts’, times when you have
been emotionally traumatized, and
meditation helps heal yourself of that.
10. You can also manifest your desires a lot more
quickly, because with meditation, you are at,
‘one’ with your own inner self or soul.
11. And that allows the art of manifesting to be
done a lot more quickly, as you get to have
a clearer head, and you may find as a result
that you will be inspired to do something.
Which normally, leading a very busy life, you
wouldn’t have come across.
12. How many times, has the answer come to us,
after we’ve woken up first thing in the
morning, when we have been too emotional
the night before.
Do you think this is an accident?
13. This is no accident, its because you’ve been,
‘not thinking about it’.
Some great discoveries have been made, by
simply, ‘not thinking’ about the actual
solution.
14. Most scientists will tell you, that their
discoveries happened after they had
thought of something else.
Its funny how when you don’t think of
something, that actually brings about its
discovery.
15. But how do you actually meditate yourself?
How do you find the time, say taking 5
minutes first thing in the morning and last
thing at night to actually meditate?
