Screening/Assessment Mailers
Enable users to send out personalized Mailers or SMS alerts to matching profiles to revert
or to take up online assessment and update relevant information, capture the same onto
JobRaiser application for that requirement and automatically compute fitment summary if
configured.


Professional HR Screening
HR team will conduct professional screening before submitting to Functional/Line
managers. HR Team can also get an assessment sheet from candidates through weblink that
routes the assessment XML data to e-mail and JobRaiser intern updates the same onto

the on-boarding status including joining process and payable tracking to employee referrals,

Offer Checklist and Fitment Sheet
JobRaiser enables HR team(only for Employers) to collect pre-employment information and
documents required from the candidate and track the same. Based on present CTC
declarations, this tool can create fitment sheet according to your internal formats to help
you in making final offer.
