The student's class visited New World supermarket to label foods with their nutritional information as part of a lesson on healthy eating. They found that Weetabix cereal, snack bars, and milk were the best options for their categories, while Pam's whole grain bread was the best choice. The student also learned the energy, fat, sugar, fiber and salt content of Buds cereal. The class rotated between food sections and returned to school having enjoyed the hands-on learning experience.

1. New World Year<br />Today my class and I went to New World to do some labelling on food.
