End-to-End Scenario to Hire a Job Seeker Steps in the hiring process
Initiate a job opening Vacancy at  a National Auto Finance  firm
Senior Accountant Position Seeking an Accountant with three years of staff-accountant experience Strong Technical Skills Prepare Accounting Reports Compile and Analyze Data Supervise and train a large staff Complete special assignments
Applicant applies for position Submits resume and cover letter by fax or online
Applicant enters profile Applicant fills out online application and enters contact information; name, address, phone number Applicant enters qualifications; education and work history Applicant enters skills, certificates received, training courses completed Applicant provides references
Profile matches between position and applicant Applicant is put in a pile to be contacted Applicant performs assessment testing
Applicant meets requirements Applicants receives invitation for an interview via phone or e-mail
Company conducts interview Recruiter determines of applicant is the right fit Company conducts an appraisal to determine if applicant is satisfactory based on applicant’s knowledge of company, and if applicant can meet the company’s objectives
Prepare Employment Contract If applicant passes the interview, the applicant receives an employment offer, if not, receives a rejection letter
Contract is sent to Applicant Applicant reviews the contract, the rules of the company, codes of conduct, responsibilities of the applicant Applicant signs the contract agreeing to adhere to company’s rules Applicant reviews training schedule
Applicant is hired as an employee Applicant signs a form to adhere to a background check Applicant adheres to a drug test
Applicant receives a starting date Contingent on background check; no felonies, clean history
