What Are Income Generating Activities
Have you ever had a really busy day, but at the end of
that day you did not do anything that actually made you
money?
You woke up, took a shower, got dressed, ate breakfast
and off to your office you go. In my case, I just go to my
home office.
Then you’re in your you office and you check emails and
of course Facebook, Twitter and Google+ and other Social Media.
Next thing you know, you have now spent a few hours doing this.
Sounds familiar?
Are any of those activities actually income generating activities that are
actually promoting your business and exposing people to your opportunity?
Perhaps, but mostly probably not.
I am speaking from experience, as I have been guilty of that many times in my
life.
What I finally realized is that I was spending 8 hours of my day actually doing
about 2-3 hours worth of work. And in those 2-3 hours, I’m actually doing income
generating activities that are meant solely to promote my business and generate
income.

income

1. Identify your IGAs
2. Identify your two most effective hours in the day
3. Do you To Do list
4. Work in 60 minute blocks
5. Do steps 3 and 4 over and over again
So check yourself and actually ask your self this question:
Is this activity going to generate me income or
not?
Then go ahead and do it, or not.
