Motion to Disqualify Judge Christopher M. KeatingRich Bergeron
Judge Christopher Meade Keating is a big fan of lawyers. He used to be one of the most powerful lawyers in the state. He bamboozled the judicial selection officials by pretending to be all about integrity. He's shown nothing but a willingness to ignore multiple examples of dishonesty employed by attorneys in my probate case. This motion seeks to stop him before he does any more damage. Listen to the last hearing in this case here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/rt75a50qjknummt/Laconia_CC_CR2_20221227-1040_01d919dfa50722d0%5B1%5D.mp3?dl=0
Town of Center Harbor, NH Makes Formal Request For Legionaries of Christ Tax ...Rich Bergeron
This is the Town of Center Harbor's first real attempt in years to address a lack of proper tax exemption paperwork submitted by Legionaries of Christ officials. As a perfect example of the lax nature of the town's process of ensuring these documents were on file before exemptions were granted, this letter was returned as undelivered. The town could have found the right address for sect headquarters through a simple Google search.
Board of Tax and Land Appeals is Not Impressed with Center Harbor Leaders' ha...Rich Bergeron
My work to expose the erroneous tax exemptions given to the Legionaries of Christ in Center Harbor is paying off. Here is an order which explains some very concerning recent developments reported by the Board of Tax and Land Appeals.
Smoking Gun Evidence I am Supposed to Inherit The House My sisters want to st...Rich Bergeron
My sisters Maryjane Descarpentries and Amy Chenette are trying to steal my house and initiate a forced sale. There is so much more to come, but this is just a small taste of why they will be proven to be out for a pure money grab and their lawyers are just trying to drum up more costs they will be forced to pay while all I have to invest to defend against this is time.
Amy Chenette and Maryjane Descarpentries Attempting to Force Me to Sell the H...Rich Bergeron
My own sisters are attempting to steal my house through the efforts of overpaid lawyers. Everything written into the estate thus far shows the property should convey directly to me, but this disgustingly overpriced market is bringing the corporate raider spirit out of both of them. Good thing I've dealt with some of the biggest corporate raiders on the planet. They proved themselves to be spineless snakes by taking this step, but they will be exposed in the long run.
Judge James D. O'Neill III Gives Deputy Grafton County Attorney Exactly What ...Rich Bergeron
Judge O'Neill grants my motion to schedule the trial but also gives the prosecutor from Grafton County exactly what she asked for in her limited "objection." He completely ignores the fact that the only way there would be a conditional dismissal is if he did not agree to schedule the trial. The way he wrote this order simply proves his bias beyond any reasonable doubt. He also has never filed an order granting a motion of mine this fast.
Deputy Grafton County Attorney Tara Heater Tells Judge James O'Neill III How ...Rich Bergeron
Pay particular attention to how this "objection" is worded. Judge O'Neill ends up not only filing the fastest order in my favor in the history of the case, but he also writes it as if he's only addressing it to the prosecution. My initial motion asked for the judge to either schedule a prompt trial date or dismiss the case. It was not a motion to dismiss, but the mere mention of a suggested dismissal made Judge O'Neill act fast, and the language of the request criticizing him so vociferously obviously made him furious.
Motion to Reconsider Denial of Motion to Dismiss on Speedy Trial GroundsRich Bergeron
Judge James D. O'Neill III denied my motion to dismiss. He had to overlook a great deal of facts and precedent law to come to the conclusion he did. I lay it all out for him in this motion to reconsider. Can he admit he was wrong, or will he keep being an ignorant and unethical disgrace to the bench? See WWW.NHDRUGTASKFORCE.COM to find out.
Defendant's Reply to State's Objection to Motion to Dismiss (Speedy Trial)Rich Bergeron
Here I take the prosecutor from Grafton County to task for all her mistakes and lack of proper legal analysis. Judge O'Neill will still rule in her favor, no matter how lax in her duties she is. I do go overboard and keep insisting the state had no motion pending. There was actually a motion to amend before the court, so I screwed up myself there, but not nearly as badly as Deputy Grafton County Attorney Tara Heater did.
Defendant's Motion to dismiss for violation of speedy trial rightsRich Bergeron
I prepared a very crisp and professional motion to dismiss just to watch Judge James D. O'Neill shoot it down with junk logic and misrepresentation of the law. He continues to show his blind loyalty to the bumbling prosecutors on my case. I had more than one lawyer tell me this was an excellent motion and hit on all the right points. This is where an appeal would expose how biased the judge really is.
State's Objection to Motion to Dismiss (Filed by Deputy Grafton County Attorn...Rich Bergeron
After two straight motions with no response, Tara Heater finally has something to say and doesn't want the case thrown out. Judge O'Neill will no doubt give her whatever she wants, no matter how poorly she is prepared for trial. See more at www.nhdrugtaskforce.com
Guide on the use of Artificial Intelligence-based tools by lawyers and law fi...Massimo Talia
This guide aims to provide information on how lawyers will be able to use the opportunities provided by AI tools and how such tools could help the business processes of small firms. Its objective is to provide lawyers with some background to understand what they can and cannot realistically expect from these products. This guide aims to give a reference point for small law practices in the EU
against which they can evaluate those classes of AI applications that are probably the most relevant for them.

In 2020, the Ministry of Home Affairs established a committee led by Prof. (Dr.) Ranbir Singh, former Vice Chancellor of National Law University (NLU), Delhi. This committee was tasked with reviewing the three codes of criminal law. The primary objective of the committee was to propose comprehensive reforms to the country’s criminal laws in a manner that is both principled and effective.
The committee’s focus was on ensuring the safety and security of individuals, communities, and the nation as a whole. Throughout its deliberations, the committee aimed to uphold constitutional values such as justice, dignity, and the intrinsic value of each individual. Their goal was to recommend amendments to the criminal laws that align with these values and priorities.
Subsequently, in February, the committee successfully submitted its recommendations regarding amendments to the criminal law. These recommendations are intended to serve as a foundation for enhancing the current legal framework, promoting safety and security, and upholding the constitutional principles of justice, dignity, and the inherent worth of every individual.
