This document analyzes land values across 6 zones in Bhopal, India. It provides tables showing residential and commercial property prices for dozens of colonies and areas within each zone. Land values are highest along major roads and decrease further from the city center. However, there are sometimes local variations due to smaller commercial centers within zones. In general, commercial land values are highest near the city center, while industrial areas have lower land values due to being less desirable for living or business. Infrastructure like roads plays a major role in determining property prices.
