Variation of land values 
of the commercial plot

Inferences:- 
 The land value is very high along the roads. 
 The value decreases as we move away from the C.B.D 
 But sometimes this rule does nt work, as there are 
intermediate(smaller) C.B.D, so there is variation in the 
land value in it’s influencing areas. 
 As C.B.D mostly consists of commercial , so the land 
value of the commercial is high. 
 As govindpura is an induatrial area, as it is unfavourable 
area for living as well as for commercial purposes, the 
land value is less.

  • 13. all the values are in rupees per sq. metres Inferences:-  The land value is very high along the roads.  The value decreases as we move away from the C.B.D  But sometimes this rule does nt work, as there are intermediate(smaller) C.B.D, so there is variation in the land value in it’s influencing areas.  As C.B.D mostly consists of commercial , so the land value of the commercial is high.  As govindpura is an induatrial area, as it is unfavourable area for living as well as for commercial purposes, the land value is less.
