Dozens of U.S. states are currently suing Meta for contributing to the youth mental health crisis by inserting addictive features into their products, while the U.S. Surgeon General is touring the nation to bring awareness to the growing epidemic of loneliness and isolation. The country has endured periods of low national morale, such as in the 1970s when high inflation and the energy crisis worsened public sentiment following the Vietnam War. The current mood, however, feels different. Gallup recently reported that national mental health is at an all-time low, with few bright spots to lift spirits.
To better understand how Americans are feeling and their attitudes towards mental health in general, ThinkNow conducted a nationally representative quantitative survey of 1,500 respondents and found some interesting differences among ethnic, age and gender groups.
Technology
For example, 52% agree that technology and social media have a negative impact on mental health, but when broken out by race, 61% of Whites felt technology had a negative effect, and only 48% of Hispanics thought it did.
While technology has helped us keep in touch with friends and family in faraway places, it appears to have degraded our ability to connect in person. Staying connected online is a double-edged sword since the same news feed that brings us pictures of the grandkids and fluffy kittens also feeds us news about the wars in Israel and Ukraine, the dysfunction in Washington, the latest mass shooting and the climate crisis.
Hispanics may have a built-in defense against the isolation technology breeds, owing to their large, multigenerational households, strong social support systems, and tendency to use social media to stay connected with relatives abroad.
Age and Gender
When asked how individuals rate their mental health, men rate it higher than women by 11 percentage points, and Baby Boomers rank it highest at 83%, saying it’s good or excellent vs. 57% of Gen Z saying the same.
Gen Z spends the most amount of time on social media, so the notion that social media negatively affects mental health appears to be correlated. Unfortunately, Gen Z is also the generation that’s least comfortable discussing mental health concerns with healthcare professionals. Only 40% of them state they’re comfortable discussing their issues with a professional compared to 60% of Millennials and 65% of Boomers.
Race Affects Attitudes
As seen in previous research conducted by ThinkNow, Asian Americans lag other groups when it comes to awareness of mental health issues. Twenty-four percent of Asian Americans believe that having a mental health issue is a sign of weakness compared to the 16% average for all groups. Asians are also considerably less likely to be aware of mental health services in their communities (42% vs. 55%) and most likely to seek out information on social media (51% vs. 35%).

، مدل زيرساخت تجارت الكترونيك نيز بايد پويا و ديناميك باشد به نحوي كه با تغييرات فرآيندهاي كسب و كار و سيستمهاي مرتبط با آن، مدل انتخابي به سهولت با تغييرات مذكور تطبيق نمايد. در نتيجه تنها با انتخاب يك زيرساخت فني مناسب ميتوان پويايي زيرساخت تجاري محكم و پايدار را تضمن و پيادهسازي نمود.
چند سالی می شود که تب تجارت اینترنتی به کشور ما هم سرایت کرده است، اما چرا ما نتوانسته ایم همانند دیگر کشورها در این زمینه موفق شویم؟ شاید مهم ترین عامل در این زمینه بحث "اعتماد" باشد، البته این مساله تاحدی مرتفع گردیده است لیکن همچنان نسل پیشین ما، مایل نیستند ریسک کرده و پول خود را درجایی خرج کنند که ممکن است سودی نداشته باشد! خوشبختانه برخی پیشگامان این عرصه موفق شده اند تا اعتماد ویزیتورها را به خود جلب کنند. این امر با رعایت موارد زیر ممکن است:
در ایران مسائل به راحتی دیگر کشورها حل نمی شود. ما هنوز برای ایجاد زیرساخت های خرید اینترنتی و آنلاین مشکل داریم. یکی از عمده ترین این مشکلات، "پرداخت آنلاین" و Payment Gateway می باشد. درست است که در حال حاضر تعداد معدودی از بانک های خصوصی در کشور زمینه پرداخت الکترونیک را فراهم آورده اند که خود نیز همچنان با نواقصی همراه است. مدخل پرداخت این بانک ها هنوز سیستم شتاب و دارندگان کارت های این سیستم را ساپورت نمی کند، با اینکه تعداد بیشتری از مردم کارت های سیستم شتاب را داشته و تعداد کمتری از بانک های خصوصی استفاده می کنند. هنوز بانک مرکزی مجوزهای محکم و قابل استنادی برای این قضیه صادر نکرده است و از همه مهمتر ایرادات نرم افزاری است که افراد را از ریسک کردن باز می دارد؛ دریافت انواع متنوعی از پیغام های خطا در هنگام انجام تراکنش ها (که بسیاری از این پیغام ها به دلیل سرعت پایین اتصال به اینترنت است) دارندگان اینگونه کارت ها را از خرید باز می دارد و با اینکه در بسیاری از وب سایت های فروش آنلاین از مدخل پرداخت بانک های خصوصی استفاده شده است اما مردم همچنان به دنبال روش سنتی خرید، یعنی پرداخت پول و دریافت کالا هستند. ریشه این مطلب را باید در ضعف سیستم بانکی کشور جستجو نمود. مورد دیگر "ارسال کالای سفارش داده شده" و یا همان "Delivery " است. در حال حاضر رایج ترین سیستم ارسال کالا در ایران موارد زیر می باشد: ▪ ارسال کالا از طریق پست ▪ ارسال کالا از طریق پیک بادپا، البته به صورت بومی و شهریالبته ارسال کالا بسیار راحت تر از پرداخت آنلاین بوده و مشکلات برسر راه آن را سریعتر می توان رفع نمود. اما چنانچه بخواهیم این را نیز دست کم بگیریم، همانند دیگر مسائل کشور لاینحل باقیمانده و از همین حد هم کمتر خواهد شد. امید است که مسئولان ذیربط، موانع مربوط را رفع و ایران را وارد دنیای پیشرفته تجارت اینترنتی کنند. از طرفی انتظار می رود دست اندر کاران تجارت اینترنتی با رعایت کلیه مواردی که باعث جلب اعتماد و رضایت مشتری می شود و پذیرش منطقی انتقادات و پیشنهادات، زمینه را برای حضور بهینه ایران در عرصه تجارت اینترنتی فراهم سازند.
عواملی از قبیل گرانی قیمت اینترنت پرسرعت، عدم فرهنگسازی و توسعه بسترهای مخابراتی لازم و ... بستگی دارد، به این نتیجه خواهیم رسید که هنوز راه زیادی در پیش رو داریم که در این راستا میتوان به کمک فناوریهای جدید در این حوزه راه را هموارتر نمود. فناوری وایمکس که بیش از دو سال از ورودش به کشور میگذرد با ارائه اینترنت پرسرعت بیسیم به روش اقتصادیتر در مناطقی که امکان دسترسی به اینترنت از روشهای وابسته به سیم مسی تکنولوژی (ADSL ) نمیباشد و همچنین قابلیت انتقال دادهها در این شبکه با ضریب امنیت بالا میتواند بسترهای لازم برای توسعه بانکداری الکترونیکی که از مؤلفههای مهم برای توسعه تجارت الکترونیکی میباشد را فراهم سازد.

ارقام به میلیارد دلار می باشند. و از سال 2012 تا 2018 ارقام نمودار پیش بینی حجم معاملات را در سال نمایش می دهند.
در واقع، شبکه سازمانی است با کمترین ساختار و حتی میتوان گفت که اصولا بدون ساختار است .
جامعه ترکیبی است از شبکههای متعدد : شبکههای میان سازمانها، شبکه درونسازمانی ، شبکههای شخصی، شبکههای رایانهای و علاوه بر اینها شبکههای فرامرزی اساساً اطلاعات از طریق همین بزرگراهها جاری میشود .
بر اساس بررسیهایی که سازمان ملل متحد در بین اعضای خود انجام داده است، کره جنوبی کشوری است که رهبری دولت الکترونیکی را در جهان را داراست. اما حتی در این کشور نیز شهروندان استفاده کاملی از خدمات ارائه شده بر بستر اینترنت نمیکنند. با این شرایط، باز هم میتوان گفت که کانال های دولت الکترونیکی کره جنوبی محبوب هستند. چراکه مردم از طریق این کانالها راه حلی آسان برای رفع نیاز خود بدست میآورند و بسیاری از فعالیتهای خود مانند تشکیل پرونده مالیاتی، ثبت نظرات و شکایات و ...، را میتوانند انجام دهند.چگونگی تشخیص نیاز مردم و ایجاد تسهیلات مناسب ارائه خدمات از طریق اینترنت موضوعی است که دولتها و ارائه دهندگان خدمات میبایست آن را فرا گیرند.
بايد توجه داشت كه زيرساخت فني نيز خود زير مجموعهاي از زيرساخت كلي سازمان و يا يك سيستم ميباشد كه خود از ساختار جامعتري فراتر از سيستمهاي الكترونيكي تشكيل شده و شامل مباني اجتماعي، سياسي و اقتصادي نيز ميگردد كه چگونگي پاسخگويي به نيازهاي قابل انعطاف سازمان را تعيين و تبيين مينمايد.
به منظور استانداردسازي زيرساخت فني لازم است كوچكترين سطوح فني تشكيل دهنده زيرساخت استاندارد گردد، در اين ميان سطوح پائين سختافزار و نرمافزار، سيستمهاي عامل، واسطهاي گرافيكي كاربران، بانكهاي اطلاعاتي، سيستمهاي ارتباطي، استانداردهاي شبكه و سيستمهاي كاربردي تعاملي ميبايست مدنظر قرار گرفته و كليه فعاليتها و مستندات از استانداردها پيروي نمايند.
در مورد حوزههاي فني كه هنوز براي آن استانداردي تدوين نگرديده است. بايد توجه داشت كه طبيعي است داشتن محيط استاندارد به عنوان يك زيرساخت فني هزينههايي را در بر دارد به خصوص زماني كه قابليت حمل از اهداف مهم سازمان باشد.
زيرا كه چنين محيطهايي خود ميتوانند در مواردي غيرقابل اعتماد (unreliable) بوده و نتوانند به موقع تغييرات را در مولفههاي نرمافزاري مورد نظر اعمال نمايند.
سهم زیر ساخت های فناوری ارتباطی در هزینه های تجارت الکترونیک:
نوع و کیفیت ارتباطات نقش اساسی در طرح تجارت الکترونیک بنگاه دارد:
اینکه ONLINE یا OFFLINE باشد.
کل فرآیند الکترونیک شود یا بخشی از آن
تحویل خدمت یا کالا همزمان با تقاضا باشد یا پس تأیید از دریافت وجه
اما قیمت ارتباطات:
بر طرح توسعه مؤثر بوده
برهزینه و قیمت تمام شده کالا و یا خدمت مؤثر بوده
و در نهایت در شکست یا توفیق تجارت الکترونیک مؤثر است چرا که مشتری باید بتواند کالا یا خدمتی را راحت تر و ارزانتر از بازار سنتی تهیه کند.
نرم افزارهای پایه در زیر ساخت های تجارت الکترونیک عبارتند از :
سیستم های عامل ( به عنوان بسته مناسب جهت سرورها ، مثل ویندوز و لینوکس )، زبانهای برنامه نویسی ( مثل :Visual basic ، Java ، Visual c )، بانک های اطلاعاتی ( به عنوان منابع ذخیره اطلاعات که داده ها و اطلاعات بصورت قالب بندی شده در آنها نگهداری می شوند) و متورهای جستجو مثل ( googel ، yahoo، lycos،و.....)
علاوه بر نرم افزار که بطور ملموس نقش خود را در سیستم های رایانه ای ظاهر می سازد، سخت افزار نیز از معیارهای مهم زیر ساخت فنی تجارت الکترونیک محسوب می شود. به عنوان مثال بانک های اطلاعاتی که نقش کلیدی در فرآیند جستجو و ارائه راه حل های تجارت الکترونیک دارند. نیازمند وجود CPU و دارای حافظه های بسیار زیادی هستند.
باید سیستم بانکی به گونه ای روان و دقیق باشد تا هم اعتماد کاربران را جلب کند و هم نظر انها را بخاطر صرفه جویی در وقت جلب کند.
این مورد به این موضوع اشاره دارد که باید زیرساختها با توجه به نیازهای موجود گسترش پیدا کند، مثلا باجه های عابر بانک باید به تناسب جمعیت در نظر گرفته شود، یا پهنای باند مثلا یک شهر بزرگ نباید به اندازه پهنای باند برای یک شهرستان کوچک باشد.
این امر دیگر نیاز به مبادلات پولی را به صورت الکترونیکی انجام میدهد و نیازی به پول فیزیکی نیست و از طرفی انجام معاملات دیگر محدود به زمان خاصی نمیشود و در تمامی ساعات شبانه روز میتوانیم معاملات خود را انجام دهیم.

ایجاد بیمه برای خدمات و تراکنشهای اینترنتی باعث افزایش اعتماد کاربران و جلب نظر آنها در استفاده از تجارت الکترونیک میشود.
توسعه و گسترش تجارت الکترونيکي در يک کشور منوط به وجود شاخص هاي آمادگي فني و حقوقي است.
براي مشخص شدن وضعيت ايران در اين حوزه، (براساس تازه ترين گزارش منتشرشده توسط اتحاديه بين المللي ارتباطات از راه دور (UNCTAD)) رتبه ايران در برخي شاخص ها آمده که نشان مي دهد، لازم است در اين حوزه تدابيري انديشيده شود.
دانمارك، كشور نخست در توسعه ICT
در بخش ارزيابي کشور ها از منظر معیار ارزیابی توسعه فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات IDI از بين 166 كشور 3 رتبه اول توسعه يافته ترين كشورها به ترتيب به دانمارک، کره جنوبی و سوئد با امتیاز 8.87 و 8.86 و 8.67 از سقف 10 امتیاز تعلق دارد . 30 کشور اول در اين رتبه بندی، کشورهایی از اروپا و کشورهایی با درآمد بالا مانند استراليا، بحرين، کانادا، ژاپن، چين، نيوزلند، سنگاپور و ايالات متحده هستند.
ایران نيز در اين ارزيابي با سه پله صعود در رتبه 94 با امتیاز 4.29 قرار گرفت که نسبت به امتیاز سال گذشته در مجموع 0.27 افزایش امتیاز داشته و رتبه 15 را در ميان 29 كشور منطقه آسیا و اقیانوسیه و در رقابت با کشور هایی مثل کره جنوبی، ژاپن، استرالیا و چین به خود اختصاص داده است.
وضعيت ايران در بخش نشانگرهاي دسترسي به شبكه داراي تعداد مشتركين تلفن ثابت 38.3 نفر و تعداد مشتركين تلفن همراه 84.2 نفر به ازاي هر 100 نفر از جمعيت كشور مي باشد. همچنين سرانه پهناي باند اينترنت بين الملل به ازاي هر كاربر اينترنت در اين كشور حدود 4.6 كيلوبيت بر ثانيه است كه نسبت به سال گذشته با رشد 31.3 درصدي مواجه بوده است.
اتحاديه بين المللي مخابرات، درصد خانوار هاي داراي رايانه در ايران را حدود 44.6 درصد و خانوارهاي داراي دسترسي به اينترنت را حدود 35.8 درصد اعلام كرده است.
عقب افتادگي ايران در توسعه پهن باند
در بخش نشانگرهاي استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات ، ضريب نفوذ کاربران اينترنت در ايران 31.4 درصد است. ضريب نفوذ مشترکان پهن باند ثابت در کشور 5.6 درصد و ضريب نفوذ پهن باند سيار در کشور 2.5 درصد درج شده است. اين گزارش حاكي است، به اعتقاد صاحبنظران، بيشترين عقب افتادگي كشور ايران در زمينه توسعه پهن باند ثابت و سيار بوده است که اين عدم توسعه منجر به كاهش رتبه بندي كل كشور شده است.
كارشناسان بر اين باورند كه با اعطای مجوز ارائه خدمات نسل سوم تلفن همراه به دو اپراتور تلفن همراه در کشور که دارای تعداد مناسبی از مشترک هستند، اين دو اپراتور به همراه اپراتور سوم تلفن همراه بتوانند تعداد مشترکان پهن باند سيار را در کشور به شکل مناسبی افزایش دهند و در سال آينده شاهد جهش مناسبی در رابطه با اين مقدار باشيم که اين موضوع میتواند رتبه ايران را به ميزان زيادی در اين رده بندی افزایش دهد.
بيش از 84 درصد ايراني ها سواد فاوا دارند
در بخش نشانگرهاي استفاده مهارتي از فاوا، ايران داراي نرخ رشد 86.3 درصدي ثبت نام در مقاطع تحصيلي مدارس و 55.2 درصد در مقطع تحصيلات دانشگاهي و ضريب با سوادي 84.3 درصد در كل كشور است.
همچنين اتحاديه بين المللي مخابرات، در حوزه متوسط قيمت دسترسي كاربران به اينترنت پهن باند، جایگاه 37 جهان را به ايران اختصاص داده است.
در بخش اينترنت پهن باند سیار که منظور دسترسی به اینترنت با موبایل با استاندارد 3G می باشد متوسط قيمت دسترسي كاربران ایران با شارژ پیش پرداخت در بسته 500 مگابایت 11.4 دلار اعلام شده است که در این بخش کشور ما در جایگاه 87 جهان قرار گرفته است .
در کنار پارامتر قیمت ، شاخص درصد به GNI ( درآمد خالص ملی ) نیز آمده است که بر اساس مصوبه سال 2011 کمیته پهن باند ITU هدف گذاری، نیل به عدد کمتر از 5% در سال 2015 است که عدد ایران در سال جاری 2.37 % اعلام شده است لیکن باید توجه داشت بعلت رقابت در توسعه پهن باند سیار در جهان در حال حاضر 109 کشور از 166 کشور در سال 2013 زیر عدد 5% می باشند.
رشد دو برابري تعداد كاربران كشورهاي در حال توسعه
بر اساس اعلام اتحاديه جهاني مخابرات، تعداد کاربران اينترنت در کشورهای درحال توسعه در طی پنج سال گذشته دو برابر شده و دو سوم مردم آنلاين به اينترنت در جهان در كشورهاي در حال توسعه زندگی میکنند.
همچنين، از 4.3 ميليارد نفری که هنوز از اينترنت استفاده نمیکنند، 90درصد آنها در کشورهای درحال توسعه زندگی میکنند.
در بخش تلفن همراه ، گزارش تخمين می زند که تا انتهای سال 2014، هفت ميليارد مشترک تلفن همراه در جهان وجود خواهد داشت که اين ميزان تقريباٌ معادل جمعيت جهان است.
اين گزارش تاكيد مي كند كه هم اكنون، در حدود 450 ميليون نفر از مردم جهان در مکان هایی زندگی میکنند که پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه در آنها وجود ندارد.
پهنای باند اينترنت بين الملل به ميزان زيادی توسعه يافته و سهم کشورهای درحال توسعه از 9 درصد در سال 2004 به 30 درصد در حال حاضر رسيده است. اما پايين بودن پهنای باند اينترنت بينالملل در کشورهايي با حداقل اتصال، يکی از موانع مهم در استفاده از فاوا در اين کشورها است.
بر اساس اين گزارش، حدود 96 درصد جمعيت جهان از تلفن همراه استفاده ميكنند و حدود نيمي از جمعيت جهان به شبكه هاي پرسرعت نسل 3 تلفن همراه دسترسي دارند.همچنین، بهطور متوسط 43.6 درصد خانوارهای جهان به شبکه اینترنت دسترسی دارند که 87 خانوار ها در کشور های توسعه یافته و 31 درصد در کشور های در حال توسعه می باشند.
نرخ رشد مشترکین پهن باند سیار بعنوان موثرترین و کارآمدترین روش دسترسی کاربران به اینترنت از 2 درصد در سال 2007 میلادی، به عدد متوسط 32 درصد رسیده است که سهم کشور های توسعه یافته 83.7 درصد و در حال توسعه 21.1 درصد و کمتر توسعه یافته 6.3 درصد می باشد.
براساس گزارش مربوط به اتحاديه بين المللي ارتباطات از راه دور و گزارش جهاني تکنولوژي اطلاعات در سال 2013، مهم ترين موانع و چالش هاي تجارت الکترونيک در ايران را مي توان در چند بخش به شرح زير بيان کرد:
در همين باره در جهت رفع موانع و همين طور گسترش روز به روز تجارت الکترونيک علاوه بر «ايجاد زيرساخت فني و تجهيزات و امکانات متناسب با پيشرفت هاي روز» و «ابزارهاي لازم براي شناسايي دقيق کاربران و مشتريان» بايد «قوانين جديدي براي نظارت بهتر» تصويب کرد. در اين ميان «حمايت نهادهاي دولتي»، «فرهنگ سازي و برگزاري دوره هاي آموزشي» و «ايجاد بسترهاي حقوقي لازم براي مبارزه با جرائم الکترونيکي» از مهم ترين پارامترهاي اساسي است که مي تواند، فاصله ايجاد شده ما را در اين حوزه با کشورهاي منطقه کم و به افق 1404 نزديک کند.
