A 24-year-old male patient presented with a missing tooth #11. His medical and dental histories were non-contributory. Clinical examination revealed the missing tooth with abutment teeth #12 and #21 present. The treatment plan was to fabricate a zirconium bridge from teeth #12 to #21 to replace the missing tooth. Impressions were taken and a provisional bridge placed. The final zirconium bridge was tried in and cemented, and the patient was satisfied with the result.
