This document outlines four phases of development for a digital menu and ordering system. Phase 1 focuses on building the minimum viable product, including the customer-facing website, dashboard for clients, and super admin dashboard. Phase 1.1 adds additional features like order confirmation via messaging. Phase 2 integrates payment options and expands client and super admin dashboards. Phase 3 makes the system optionally integrated with a client mobile app. Phase 4 involves building a rewards engine for customers and integrating it with the business ordering platform.
