In context of natural calamities, ZSF support adversely affected communities through emergency relief program by providing food, shelter and health care. ZSF is deep rooted in AJK and Pakistan through its thematic interventions, community mobilization and stakeholder engagements.
The Foundation was the brainchild of a self-motivated and visionary personality Mr. Zia Siddique who lost his life in a tragic car accident while coming back home from his college. He was the student of MBBS final year in Ayub Medical Collage Abbotabad. After the tragic death of Mr. Zia Siddique his Father Mr.Muhammad Siddique in the memory of his son, scaled up Zia Siddique Foundation to serve the marginalized segments of society.

7. Our Projects
Pak Emirate Polytechnic Institute, Rawalpindi
๏ฑEstablished in 2008
๏ฑregistered with Punjab Technical Board Lahore.
๏ฑPak Emirates Polytechnic Institute spread over an area of ten (10) canals, equipped with well furnished and standardized practical
laboratories and class rooms and peaceful learning environment.
๏ฑPak-Emirates Polytechnic Institute offers courses in various technical and vocational fields ranging from one month certificate courses
to one year diploma in difference trades inter-alia include Civil Surveying, Mason, Plumbing, Pipefitting, Building Electrician, Office
Automation, AutoCad, Basic Computer Courses, Safety Courses, Fire Fighting, Laboratory Technician, Mobile Repairing and Shuttering
Carpenter. Whereas, generic life and work skills like bio-medical and hotel management are included in the newly developed curricula to
meet the future challenges of the country and overseas.
๏ฑPak-Emirates Polytechnic Institute achieved significant reputation since its inception and the reason why Government of Pakistan
considers it as most trust worthy organization in private sector.
๏ฑIn collaboration with various government bodies and international donor organizations, Pak-Emirates Polytechnic Institute has trained
9000 men and women in various trades with partnerships of Punjab Skills Development Fund, FATA Development Authority, Community
Support Foundation (PPAF), World Vision International Pakistan, Pakistan Bait-ul-Mall, National Vocational and Technical Training Center
and Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Youth Development Program.
๏ฑIn collaboration with our corporate partners 40% trainees provided employment in Gulf countries and Pakistan.

Fatah Alam Shaheed educational complex
Datot Rawlakot
The purpose built building is fully equipped with science and
computer labs as well as hostel facility for students and
teaching staff. Total building area is 152000 sft. Since 2003
institute is providing quality formal education, skill training and
Quranic Education to local communities.
Beneficiaries
12000 male and female students from class one to graduation.
100 females trained in fashion designing.
1200 females learned Quranic education .
50 local staff members are employed.
60 orphan and needy students sponsored.
1500 students get computer education
9. Our Projects
Zia Memorial Hospital Rawlakot
The foundation is providing basic and comprehensive health
care facilities to the poor communities of RawalaKot (AJK)
through well- established Zia memorial hospital. ZSF facilitate
communities with a wide range of services from basic health
care provision, management of emergencies, OPD, IPD ,
surgeries, school health program, free medical camps, free
pharmacy services (at a subsidized rate or free of cost) and
free ambulance service to those who cannot a๏ฌord. Zia
Siddique Memorial Hospital began its operation in 2016 and
successfully treated 3500 patients so far at free of cost and
subsidized rates.
10. Emergency Relief and Rehabilitation
ZSF emergency response program focus on quick response to
emergencies and rehabilitation of diversely affected communities.
Right from disastrous earthquake 2005 to devastating flood
2010,2014 and drought in desert of Tharparker, ZSF contributed
through emergency relief, health care and rehabilitation
interventions in AJK, South Punjab, KPK and Tharparker
Our interventions:
Provided food, non food items and shelter to 8000 families after
earthquake 2005 in AJK
Provided Food and non food items to 500 families during flood 2010 in tent
village chakwal
Provided food & non food items in Ziarat to 328 families during earthquake
2008.
Distribution of food and non food items to 100 families in tharparker
11. Seasonal Programs
Each year during Ramadan, ZSF arrange an Aftaar
dastarkhawan at its premises in Rawalpindi. During the
Holy month, marginalized families are supported
through food packages and Eid clothing.
Beneficiaries:
60 sponsored orphans provided food and Eid clothing
during Eid every year.
Every year through ZSF dastarkhawan 3000 individuals
provided nutritional food in Aftar.
