The ZAP XEBRA XERO is an electric vehicle that has been designed over three decades. It is solely an electric vehicle intended for city driving. It can travel up to 40 mph and has a range of up to 25 miles on a single charge. It is small in size at 10 feet long and 5 feet wide. It can be recharged using a standard electrical outlet or with an optional solar panel that provides a trickle charge. Compared to gas vehicles, it produces 90% fewer pollutants even after accounting for emissions from power plants.
