12. ENGINEERING DIVISION
In our engineering sector, conveyor belt construction forms part of our main focus. The
company’s objective is to supply the industry with a complete construction concept
involving the erection of surface as well as underground conveyor structures. This
includes the complete installation of the tipping point, static or vibrating feeder, tail end,
drive and take-up sections of the conveyor belts also included are box front installations,
installing services for mining, water and air pipelines and to provide maintenance
capabilities to the installed structures and services.
All installations will meet the applicable requirements for design, construction,
inspection, testing, maintenance, and operation, as prescribed in the ANSI B20.1-1957,
Safety Code for Conveyors, Cableways, and Related Equipment.
In order to achieve this objective, artisans have been skilfully selected and trained
where applicable.

13. LINE BORING DIVISION
Zansta7 Traders Traders has top-of-the-range equipment with specialised welders that
are designed to dissipate all heat evenly in retrospect to OME specifications. Our teams
have 30 years experience in the field of line boring where quality and precision are of the
highest calibre.
Our on-site precision machining division offering line boring and repairs, serving a wide
range of industries on a 24 hour, 7 day a week working programme as required by our
customers.
In line boring, or machine bores of large items that cannot be easily removed from site
for repair, to coupling holes that have worn or are damaged to a degree that requires
repair, our highly trained line boring technicians can meet all of your requirements.
We have top of the range portable boring machines to cover a whole range of repair or
modification projects on-site/in-situ whether it be in emergency or planned maintenance
situations.
14. LINE BORING DIVISION cont.
Our team is fully versed in the production of equipment necessary to undertake all
forms of portable line boring activities. Our transportable line boring machines are of
rigorous standards in terms of accuracy, this in combination with our highly
motivated and skilled workforce presents customers with the confidence required to
undertake high precision on-site, in place line boring projects of important major
items of production equipment.
Machining is carried out in conjunction with an alignment technique, laser or optical
and is essential to the success of the project. Where bores are worn and tolerances
outside the OEMs design parameters, bores can be repaired using a variety of
procedures to re-instate them back to standard size. In the event that OEMs provide
oversize shell bearing, this would be a simpler option than these procedures.
15. This method in our experience is rare as OEMs prefer to operate machines with
standard parts.

We are proud of the fact that 95% of our candidates get permanent employment with our
Clients. By making use of Zansta7 Traders Traders labour hire, you give yourself a small
window time frame where you as the client are able to observe if our candidates will fit
into your specific work environment. Should they meet your criteria and add value to your
company. If you are satisfied with a candidate you can take them over onto your own
books, rates may vary depending on your contract with Zansta7 Traders, Flexibility is one
of the biggest advantages as we provide the client with the labour only for as long as
needed. We Increase and decrease the amount of workforce as per our client’s needs
