1) This document summarizes the details of a bag league organized by the Young Professionals of Jasper County, including league fees, schedule, rules, prizes, and registration information. 2) The league will be held on Thursday evenings at Fore Seasons Golf & Practice Center starting November 14th, with each team playing two matches per week. 3) Prizes will be awarded for the regular season and end of season tournament winners.

1. GENERAL LEAGUE INFORMATION:
1.) League Fee is $30.00 per team/$20 if at least one of your registered players is a Young
Professionals of Jasper County Member!
(Each team is allowed up to 4 team members if needed; this is to allow for any substitutions needed if someone is
unable to make it any given week; sub must be on team list no later than December 5th to be eligible to play).
2.)
League will play Thursday evenings at Fore Seasons Golf & Practice Center, Beginning
November 14, 2013.
(Fore Seasons banquet room; actual schedule pending # of teams; no matches November 28th or December 26th).
3.) 6:00pm start time each week; Each team will play 2 matches each week
(actual schedule pending # of teams).
a. Odd # weeks: Match Win = First to 21, cancellation scoring, MUST score 21, if go
over 21 that team score goes back to 11.
b. Even # weeks: Match Win = First to 21, cancellation scoring, MUST win by 2, Best 2
out of 3 games.
4.) Schedules will be available after registration has completed.
5.) End of season tournament will be the week following the end of league play, same start
time, same location. Teams will be ranked according to League record/standings.
a. **Rules for Tournament: Double Elimination, Best 2 out of 3 games in winner’s
bracket to advance, consolation bracket is Sudden Death!

2. REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
 Registration Deadline is Tuesday, November 12th @ 5:00 p.m.
 E-Mail, mail or drop off the completed registration form to Travis Walker at
youngprofessionalsjc@gmail.com or the address listed below.
 Registration fee may be dropped off to Travis at 112 W 2nd St S, Newton, IA 50208 or you
may also pay the first night of league (must have registration fee turned in before able to
play). No mail-in fees will be accepted due to risk of loss.
