Usability testing was conducted on the YouPlus mobile app with 11 new users aged 25 to 33 to identify issues, delights, and pain points. Key findings included users loving the UI and free rewards but disliking repetitive survey questions, too many articles, and lack of intuitiveness in claiming rewards. Suggested improvements were providing notifications based on location, messages on questions remaining, ability to select article preferences, and a more customized rewards experience.
