This document outlines Afamily's campaign to address the issue of child sexual abuse in Vietnam. The campaign will have three phases:
1) Trigger: Release a viral video clip showing real parents sharing stories of their children being abused by relatives to warn others that "the devil can be anyone".
2) Provoke: Create a video showing children who received sexual education handling simulated abusive situations well to demonstrate that education can empower children.
3) Amplify: Hold public events in major cities providing sexual education and games for children while gaining commitments from parents against abuse.
The goal is to educate parents and children that anyone could be a potential abuser and that sexual education can help protect children and fight abuse
