This letter is from a parent to their child about growing old. It asks the child to be patient, understanding and caring for their parent as their body and mind change with age. The parent reflects on how they cared for the child when young and asks the child to now help the parent in their old age, as their memory fades and body weakens, with love, patience and a smile.
