Procurement & Expediting:
• Buyer and Expeditor of Electrical & Instrumentation Items for projects of Hydrocarbon Mid
& Down Stream Mumbai.
• Receipt of procurement schedule & formulation of procurement strategy.
• Receipt & review of MR from Engineering.
• Issue of RFQ and receipt of offers from suppliers.
• Preparation of CQs and issue to supplier.
• Negotiation and finalization of terms & conditions of purchase with supplier.
• Preparation of Commercial Bid Evaluation and selection of supplier.
• Preparation and release of Purchase Order in SAP. Confirm order acceptance from
supplier.
• Arrange Kick-Off Meeting with supplier.
