The presentation is about yoga for children. yoga is one of the oldest systems of physical and mental exercises ever created. it is a wonderful way of ethical living and it helps us to feel full of positive energy and good health. childhood is a dynamic stage of life. from childhood itself, human beings develop their personality. if we teach yoga to them, undoubtedly we can make a wonderful world in future. this is a small presentation, just put some lights on the aspect of yoga for kids.
