Yelena Isinbayeva is a two-time Olympic champion and three-time world champion in pole vaulting. She holds the world record for women's pole vault with a height of 5.06 meters. In 2005, she was the first woman to clear 5 meters in pole vault. Though she retired after the 2013 World Championships to have a child, her coach said she was in excellent shape and her retirement was only temporary to develop a new strategy for returning.
