Homosexuality Portrayed in Literature: Threat To Yourself and Those Around You
The Victorian era and Elizabethan era had many homophobic attributes, just as today s society does.
Gothic writers of the Victorian Age played off of the fear and immorality of homosexualityand used
those feelings as a basis for their novels. Bram Stoker told a story about a vampire that challenged
the Victorian gender roles and managed to reverse them, making men faint like women, and making
women powerful like men, and called it Dracula. Mary Shelley created a a physical being out of a
man s suppressed homosexuality due to his Victorian male upbringing; a man named Frankenstein.
Robert Stevenson described what ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
People believe that by allowing homosexuals to marry that it will threaten the sanctity of marriage
. Homosexual men are infamous for being promiscuous, at least that is the label that has been
placed on most if not all homosexual men, and for this reason sexually transmitted diseases have
become something expected of them. This must have been a belief in the Victorian era, since
syphilis was the disease that was feared and said to have come from sodomy. In this era, violence
from society also attacked homosexuality. Homosexuals were hung, or lynched. (Sadownick par. 5)
This history of homophobia shows that it grows in society from a person s upbringing. Things
occur in a person s life that cause them to act in certain ways and believe specific things. The
public hatred of gay men taught the generations that being gay was wrong, and that people that
were gay needed to be punished. Homophobia was strong in the days of the Gothic writers, and
though it has weakened, it still affects people in today s society. It even dates back to the
Renaissance days, and is presented by Dante Aligheri is his Inferno. And for this reason doth the
smallest round/ Seal with its signet Sodom[...] . Sodom is a city known for crude sexual acts,
which is where sodomy gets its name from. Since the Inferno is a world created by Dante, he
believes that sodomy is a sin that is worse than suicide, and decides to put it just before the entrance

Transformation in North America
A transformation is taking place in cities throughout North America, which are doing away with
their heteronormative practices of designing cities, and creating more gay spaces. This trend is
largely driven by a changing cultural perspective among the various cultural groups, as well as the
general trend towards acceptance for those who are gay. These gay spaces are usually confined to
areas of the community where there is typically a high concentration of gay people. The locations
that contain these queer spaces, are areas of reprieve for the gay community, and they should be
accepted in communities that have an identifiable neighbourhood consisting largely of gay
people. In her statement Today in most overtly gay spaces there is little to no visible gender
queerness or any indication that such variance is tolerated, Petra Doan is saying that while there
are gay spaces that are created for the queer community, these areas often do not contain a high
number of gay people, and they are in fact mostly inhabited by heterosexuals. The gendering of
these spaces is meant to increase the general acceptance of gay people and to provide a haven for
them, but Doan believes these spaces are still largely dominated by heterosexuals. The treatment of
the urbex (or urban environment) in what makes up the cities, it is important to consider that the
geography has mirrored many of the troubling characteristics of the urban exploration. People are
curious about how the majority of

Prenatal Human Development
The creation of a human being is a miraculous process. When many people hear human
development, they tend to think about infancy or adolescent years when kids go through puberty,
but the most amazing developmental processes take place in the prenatal stage. The amount of
growth and change that occurs during the nine month gestational period is almost
incomprehensible. Prenatal development is broken down into three stages, the Germinal stage,
the Embryonic Stage, and the Fetal stage. This paper will mainly focus on the embryonic stage
because there is a vast amount of crucial development that happens during this period. The
embryonic stage is also exciting because it is during this stage that the mass of cells that are
supposed to be a human, starts to actually resemble a baby. The embryonic stage begins two
weeks after conception, after implantation has taken place, and lasts until week eight. During this
time, some body structure begins to appear and by week eight, the embryo has all basic organs and
body parts. They are all very fragile and... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The embryonic stage is a critical point in human development where the embryo is very
susceptible to teratogens. Teratogens are any harmful substances, such as drugs or toxins, or
conditions, such as infections or malnutrition, that can cause harm to the embryo or impair
development. The period of exposure and the amount of exposure are key factors in teratogens
affecting the embryo. The embryo could also have a genetic disadvantage and be more vulnerable
to teratogens or certain biological conditions. So, although there are certain dangers during this
stage, some incredible development also takes place. By the end of the embryonic stage, the
embryo is about a gram in weight and one inch in

Shakespeare s Much Ado About Nothing and Renaissance...
Shakespeare s play Much Ado About Nothing takes place in Messina, a city state of Renaissance
Italy. The Renaissance was a period in European history believed to have been between AD 1300
and AD 1600 with a feudal society of agricultural economy and church dominated culture. It was
during the Renaissancethat Europe was transformed into a society dominated by central political
institutions with education, arts and music heavily influenced by the Christian religion. In Italy,
cities such as Florence, Ferrara, Milan, and Venice flourished. These cities were able to finance
cultural achievements. Medieval Italian merchants developed commercial and financial techniques
such as bookkeeping and bills of exchange. Italian city stateswere... Show more content on

One of John s men enacts a scene at Hero s window with a woman who appears to be Hero.
When Claudio and Pedro observe this, they are easily deceived and Claudio angrily denounces
Hero to be hidden as though dead until Claudio regains his senses. When the constable, Dogberry,
arrests John s men, who then readily confess their guilt, Claudio is forced to admit his error in
thinking Hero would deceive him. He then mourns for her and agrees to marry her cousin. The
cousin turns out to be a disguised and forgiving Hero. After all this ado the two couples are
married and Don John is arrested.
Don Pedro is a linking character, playing many key roles in the play. In many ways, he shows the
influence of the time period. Being the prince of Aragon, a region in northeast Spain, he carries
the title of respect Don . He seems to be the stereotypical leader of the Renaissance times,
enjoying being in charge as well as possessing the ability to woo young women. He also shows
the time period in the situation with his brother Don John. Because he was born outside of
marriage, Don John has no official claim on any of his family s wealth or position. He then tries to
overthrow Pedro in battle.
Other characters positions also illustrate the time period. For example, Dogberry and Verges who
are the constable and deputy constable. Their rough habits and garbled speech show the
mannerisms of the Renaissance peasants. Hero s maidservants occasional vulgar comments also

Tornado Research Papers
A tornado is a column of wind that is rotating around. It is part of the storm that is occurring in
that area. When it descends to the ground, that part of the storm is called a tornado. Tornadoes
can be very strong, going as fast as 300 miles per hour. With these strong winds, it is capable of
damaging many things such as buildings, cars, plants, etc. These storms are dangerous, killing a
bunch of people in their path. It has been said that around 1,000 of tornadoes have been reported
each year. Tornadoes occur at any time of the year. They also last for a couple of hours, but in
those hours, many people can be killed or injured. There are many types of tornadoes, they are

The Tornado Alley is where most of tornadoes are reported. It ranges from Texas to Iowa. There
are areas that border the Tornado Alley that have common tornadoes occurrences. There are
terrible effects after a tornado has passed by an area, this means people have been injured or
have died, buildings and other structures have been destroyed, and habitats or ecosystems can be
destroyed. The damages that have been made from the tornadoes will be costly, thousands,
hundreds of thousands, it all depends on how strong and long that tornado lasted, and how much
damage it caused. Many cities and towns are equipped with a warning siren, when a tornado has
been reported, they will warn the people who live in that are to evacuate before it arrives, to
keep the people safe. There is a tornado watch and tornado warning. There is a huge difference
between the both of them. The tornado watch is when there is a POSSIBILITY of a tornado
existing nearby, but is not confirmed. A tornado warning is when the situation becomes serious,
this is when it has been confirmed that there is an existing tornado that is most likely going to
strike that area. They will activate the warning sounds throughout the city or town, which tells the
people to evacuate the area immediately. Tornadoes can be very dangerous and it is important to
understand the danger of tornadoes. They lead to bad results and it is best to evacuate or find a
way to stay safe

Benefits Of Children s Literature
Benefits of Children s Literature Children who read literature usually have sheer enjoyment for
reading, and as this continues will instils a sense of love for literature as they mature and get
older. Children s literature engages the child, and creates a pattern, a ritual whereby children
continue to read, and there by learn and grow from all its other benefits. There are many benefits to
reading as a child, one of the main benefits of reading is a Social development, this includes
emotional, cultural benefits and also reading can promote language development. Through reading
in particular, pupils have a chance to develop culturally, emotionally, intellectually, socially and
spiritually. Literature, especially, plays a key role in such development (DfES. National
Cirriculum. 2013). Reading to children may be the single most important thing that any child can
do to improve children s chances for success emotionally, culturally and improve language skills.

as every child has a different cultural background (Medwell, J .2007). This suggests that children s
literature that offer cultural benefits can act as a mutual ground for children to understand, and
learn about a variety of cultural experiences that they may not be familiar with, it is helping the
reader to value people from all races, ethnic groups and cultures. As well and building new cultural
knowledge it may also expand on understanding of cultural experiences that they may already be

Obesity has been a subject of discussion and disgust since the time when women were objectified

broke on the female creed in the early nineteenth century the issue persists. The obese people
continue to raise eyebrows and hushed whispers even today as they walk down the streets, malls
and other public places. The modernization and feminist movements haven t been able to eradicate

a womanis not even allowed to choose for herself a yardstick that would label her skinny or fat.

Pro-Life Argument Against Abortion Rights
Abortion rights (or lack thereof) are a contentious issue to discuss, not just in this country but
around the world. I am a pro choice person because I feel that women should have the right to
decide what to do with their bodies; equal rights, just like men are able to decide what to do with
their own bodies. I have always come from a scientific background both in terms of overall thinking
/rationale and in education. To me, the pro life argument that life begins at conception makes no
sense to me. A fertilized egg/fetusis not alive, just like a bacterium is not life.
If a fetus is not viable, that it cannot survive outside of the mother, then it is not alive, it is just a
being that is able to remain in its current state and then change over time because the mother is
providing life. Are plants life? I ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

lower end of the range, that s about 5 months of pregnancy in which the fetus is still not viable. I
truly believe that a woman should have the right to end a pregnancy before the viability period (as
defined above) without facing legal barriers nor shame from society. There a difference between

Negotiating With The Dead By Margaret Atwood
Negotiating with the dead
We all use writing differently, some use it just to get a grade. Others use it to express themselves.
We all have a different perception on writing and how we do it. I took a look at Margaret Atwood
s Negotiating with the dead and found out you can learn, express yourself and have fun while
writing.
In Margaret Atwood s Negotiating with the Dead, she describes writing from a personal
standpoint, we all write in our own way. It also shows we have that we have positive and
negative sides to writing. She describes writing in different ways to show how many writing
styles/ideas there are. The best examples that distinguish writing are taking risks, express
yourself and amuse/please the reader. These play hand in hand because you have to take risks in
your writing, and you don t know if people will like it or not. In all the pieces you write, you
have to express yourself in some type of a way. To amuse/please the reader you have to try to
connect the text with the reader s personal experience. You have to make the reader understand and
appreciate your writing when he/she is done reading your piece.
Writing is a way in which people express themselves. We write for fun, for popularity, and for
practice. Practice makes perfect, so we practice writing in school. We all have at least had practice
through grade school. Also, we practice writing for the real world when we have a job, because we
all need to learn how to write in a formal way to our

Essay On The Stock Market Crash
The stock market crash was a leading cause in the great depression and negatively impacted the
US by increasing poverty, making it harder to live, and it also changed economics and the world
today. I will explain the reasons behind the crash and its effects on life in America.
The stock market, in this case the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), is a place where people
can go to buy, sell, or trade stock, or shares, of companies. The NYSE, which was officially
founded in 1817, was bustling with people and investors in the 1920s. Everyone thought that the
stock market was just an easy way to get rich. People thought that profit was certain, but it wasn t.
In 1929 the NYSE had reached its peak, as almost everyone had stock. While there were warning
signs of a potential crash, many people ignored them or marked them as insignificant. October 24th

Farmers were faced with severe droughts which caused most of their crops were destroyed.
Farmers would take out a loan to buy seed. When the harvest came they would reimburse the loaner.
Many farmers went bankrupt because they were unable to repay their debts.
After the crash of the stock market and the closure of banks nationwide, the Federal Government
took steps to prevent another crash or to at least minimize the impact. Additionally, they took
steps to get out of the depression. President Franklin D. Roosevelt proposed a New Deal. His New
Deal introduced many agencies and programs that helped lower the unemployment rate and
promote the economy. Many of these programs are still in effect today, helping prevent another
large economic depression. The Federal Reserve also took measures to stop banks from closing
like they did after the crash.
The stock market crash caused an economic depression in the US and also worldwide. It destroyed
many businesses and investors and had a negative impact on America. Steps have been taken to
prevent a similar crash from

Dr. Strangelove and Brazil both portray the future, while also adding humor to the plot. These

Spotless in Leslie Marmon Silko s Ceremony Essay examples
Leslie Marmon Silko uses the idea of being speckled and/or spotless in her book Ceremony. To
try to be spotless is the Laguna people trying to become a part of white society, hence, becoming
separated from the Earth and from the roots, tradition, beliefs, rituals and customs of the Native
American way. It is letting in white society with the belief that it can somehow improve you. It is
destructive change that takes a person away from the Earth. It is change that specifies and names
possessions and makes you question your own beliefs. On the other hand, being speckled is
learning and shifting with this clash of cultures in order for it not to interfere and destroy you. It is

They have become spotless by being away from their homeland and integrated into the white
culture though the war, prostitutes and booze. This new speckled breed also shows relation to
the Lagunas. The cattle are weak and seemingly useless. But in all actuality they are very
durable and can live on less than domesticated cattle can. Reck points out that they are survivors
and refuse to be caged by man, much like the Lagunas in how [some of them] try to fight off the
white man s ways. Reck sums it up, Like the cattle, the Native Americans wish to be liberated
from the white man, always in search of a way to evade his grip. The cattle are reminiscent of
the previous generations of Indians before the infiltration of the white man strong, durable, close
to the land, free from fences and restrictions. In other words, it is very easy to get sucked into all
that white society seemingly has to offer. If you do, you can no longer roam freely. Silko
describes these cattle like deer or antelope. She does this because they are the only things that have
that wildness to the Navajo. Bringing in and changing, but not necessarily conforming to, the
European idea of everything being spotless, is what has to be accepted in order to remain speckled.
You have to accept the change. Spotlessness resists change, because it fights against what is natural
to the earth. Betonie says, Things that don t change are dead things (Silko 84). You

organization of documents into clusters so that documents within a cluster have high similarity in
comparison to documents in other clusters. It is measuring similarity between documents and
grouping similar documents together. The study of similarity measure for clustering is initially
motivated by a research on automated text categorization. There was several similarity measures
used for document similarity. It provides client representation and visualization of the documents;
thus helps in easy navigation also. It has been used intensively because of its wide applicability
in various areas such as web mining, search engines, and information retrieval. The key of
organizing data in such a way is to improve data availability and to fasten data access, so that web
information retrieval and content delivery on the web are improved. The main idea is to improve
the accessibility and usability of text mining for various applications. By optimizing similarity
measures the optimal clusters can be formed thus performance is improved. 1.

According to the article, it is during these hours that children are more likely to commit or be

During pregnancy, there are so many vitamins and minerals your doctor recommends you take that
it can make anyone feel overwhelmed. Luckily for people like me, they ve made these wonderful
things called pre natal vitamins that can make anyone s life easier by not having to track how much
of what you ve taken and when. Pre natal vitamins give you the vitamins and minerals one needs
during pregnancy in order to meet the mother s and the fetus needs and can have added nutrients
you may need because you may not consume enough of a certain nutrient in your diet. One of the
nutrients your pre natal vitamins can contain is choline.

One reasons is that children born with the benefits of choline intake during pregnancy also have
negative side effects. In Choline Baby, Prenatal Choline News and Discussions, Choline During
Pregnancy May Super Charge Children s Brains for Life, the writer refers to these children as
choline kids, and states that these choline kids have a higher thresholds for fear, meaning that it
takes a lot more for a choline kid to be afraid of a situation than a non choline kid. The writer
states that this is a positive thing, however because research is now showing that the less fear a
child has tends to put him or her at a higher risk for aggressive behavior, which the writer has
states he or she (sex of the writer is not revealed in the article) has witnessed in his or her children.
Additionally, this site refers to a study, which found that taking 800 milligrams a day during
pregnancy does nothing to improve a child s memory or language. However, the study provided the
pregnant mothers with a type of choline, not the actual choline supplement and only tested the
children at 10 and 12 months for language skills, general development, and long and short term
memory, so there were no additional test to test the theory or any long term follow ups to match the
results from the study on pregnant rats previously mentioned. It must be said, that Cholinebaby.com

The Debate Over the Morality of the Death Penalty Essay
Senator for Utah Orrin Hatch once said, Capital punishment is our society s recognition of the
sanctity of human life, (Brainy Quote). While the arguments for both sides of the debate over the
morality of the death penalty are vast, the bottom line is that the death penalty does not disregard
human life, but rather it reveres it, as Hatch said. Morality is defined as, The quality of being in
accord with standards of right or good conduct, (The Free Dictionary). One who seeks to protect a
person who has committed a heinous crime such as murderis arguably not in accords with what is
right and wrong. Therefore, although killing is generally accepted as being wrong, the death
penalty is sometimes the only solution to bring justice to a... Show more content on Helpwriting.net

Though electrocution, hanging, and being shot at by a firing squad would seem to have instant
results, it is possible for the person to suffer immensely if they are initially done wrong, for
example, if the shocks are not strong enough the first time, if the noose is not placed correctly,
or if the heart is not struck in the first round of shooting. As a result, the person may have to
endure multiple jolts of shock, suffocate gradually, or slowly bleed to death (DPIC). As for the
gas chamber, unconsciousness does not occur immediately and, According to former San
Quentin, California, Penitentiary warden, Clifton Duffy, At first there is evidence of extreme
horror, pain, and strangling, (DPIC). Another argument is that taking another life will not
avenge the victim s family, as it will not bring their loved one back, and Gandhi s famous saying,
An eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind, applies as well. Finally, anti death penalty
advocates may say that it is wrong to kill a mentally ill person, as it is widely believed that
anyone who would commit a crime worthy of the death penalty must have some kind of disorder,
because they are not fully in control of what they are doing and they are suffering too. At the end of
the day, adversaries of capital punishment believe that all life is sacred, including that of severe
criminals, and it should be preserved regardless of the circumstance.

Conventional Gender Roles Are Embedded Into Our Stories...
Conventional gender roles are embedded into our stories creating the idea of princess culture .
This princess culture creates the idea that girls have to become both Cinderella and Supergirl. This
concept also brings happily ever after into the mix, creating the masculine prince who saves the
princess or is arm candy at the end of the fairytale. While this format is much beloved by many
including myself, there are many lesser known fairy tales which make important breaks in these
gendernorms. By looking under the surface one sees that The Twelve Dancing Princesses by
Marianna Mayer breaks the princess culture gender roles, having strong women defying the rules as
well as the princeundermining the classic notion of a hero in the princess narrative.
The 12 Dancing Princesses by Marianna Mayer takes place in a mysterious world where upon
waking the King finds his 12 daughters shoes completely worn through. A young gardener is able
to solve the mystery by tricking the princesses into thinking that he is asleep while secretly
following them in his invisibility cloak. The gardener discovers that the young princesses secretly
go off to a beautiful ball every night and dance the night away. He steals three golden branches and
a golden cup as proof of the beautiful night that he witnessed. The youngest daughter finds out Peter

Battle Of Trenton Summary
On December 16th, 1776, George Washington crossed the Delaware River and attacked the
Hessian troops located in Trenton, New Jersey. It started when a Philadelphian, General Thomas
Mifflin, rallied the militia because they were shamed by The American Crisis. By Christmas,
Washington still barely had 6,000 troops fit for duty, knowing that he started getting
reinforcements after the rally. Timing was important because if he waited, the enlistments would
expire and the Delaware River would freeze. Finally, on Christmas night of 1776, the layer of ice
covering the Delaware river cracked, allowing Washington and his troops to cross the river. This
included 2,400 veteran troops and 18 cannons into Durham Boats. Many troops had to walk in the
freezing cold grounds with their bare feet, leaving bloody footprints all around. Meanwhile,
General James Ewing commanded 1,000 other troops nine miles above Trenton to block any
retreating Hessians occupying Trenton. Originally, Colonel John Cadwalader was planned to cross
the Delaware River, but he unfortunately never made it across through the bitter, cold water.

Essay about The Gospel of Thomas
Discovered in the twentieth century, The Gospel of Thomas was founded by peasants that were
digging for fertilizer close to the village of Nag Hammadi, Egypt. The peasants revealed a container
containing thirteen leather bound manuscripts that were buried in the fourteenth century. The
container contained fifty two tractates that represented heretical writings of Gnostic Christians.
Dated back to 200 A.D., there was not much known about the Gospelof Thomas besides that there
were only three small fragments from Oxyrynchus. The Gospel of Thomas is a collection of
literary works that contains 114 opaque sayings of Jesusthat were collected and written down by St.

For example, the Gospel of Thomas includes salvation by secret knowledge, polytheism, disregard
for the bodily appetites, and the thought of a blissful teaching Christ who is not necessarily human.
It is likely related to Sethian Gnosticism. However, Gnosticism is largely an umbrella term for the
beliefs of several movements in the post Apostolic era that sought out special knowledge.
Gnosticism is a term that is used for spiritual practices and religious beliefs. This term was very
common for early Christians, as well as Zoroastrianism, Hellenistic Judaism, and Neoplatonism.
The discovery of this Gospel, which was founded in 1945, along with the rest of the Nag
Hamaddi library is very revealing of certain gnostic groups that we previously had less
knowledge of. We knew of Gnosticism from other texts and witnesses to them (Irenaeus) before.
However, now there are many more source texts. There is also a difference between Gnostics and
Orthodox Christianity. The Old Testament prophecies were described as fulfilled by Jesus. That
is that Jesus was explained in the canonical Gospels as the Messiah. The Canonical Gospels are
highly Jewish in their language and references. They were written by Hebrews. The Gnostic
Gospels seem to be ignorant of the fact of the Jewish nature of Christ. They basically use His name

Limitations For Safe Driving
As a teenager, getting a driving license is a long extraneous task of taking tests, reading driving
guidelines, and even taking a required class sophomore year. All of these help prepare new drivers
for the next stage of their life in transport. I personally went through all of this just a year ago, and I
have seen how it can help prepare fairly new drivers for safe driving. After getting a license there
are many limitations put on you, some only last for a few months, but others last for your whole
high school career. Limitations like these help new drivers to learn good and lasting habits, so that
they can keep themselves and others safe. Some of these laws; however, need to be updated and
more defined, so that teenage drivers learn and understand how dangerous driving really is.
One big limitation is not being able to have any passengers in the car unless they are related to
you. This is a great law, because teens can become distracted by their friends, but one things that
bothers me is this law is active for six months from getting your license, but after that you can
have friends in your car. I just think that this shouldn t be so abrupt, going from no one in your
car to a car full of your friends. I think that teens should, during their first six months, have
checkpoints in which they can slowly accumulate more people in their car and become more used
to having distractions, and being able to avoid them. I know most kids don t follow this law
anyway, but for those who do follow this law, I believe it will greatly help them become more
accustomed to driving with distracting people in their car.
Another law that I think could be more enforced is the 40 hours of driving rule. This rule is that
new drivers must drive at least 40 hours in the car before they get their license, 10 of those hours
must be at night, while the other 30 is during the day. This rule isn t really very enforced, and is
just passed by, but I think that there should be more strict rules put upon this, so that we know
that new drivers are experienced enough to drive safely. Driving 40 hours is a long time, and that
is a long time to be able to train your skills and make better habits to help your driving. If a new
driver completes

every day to greet you, who still loves you no matter what you do. Does this mean that you will
feel less pain if your pet is the deceased? Wouldn t it be better all round, if an employee knows
that they can grieve for their four legged fur baby, without worrying about work, instead of
coming to work and breaking down at their desk, and possibly get no work done? It is also
possible that a colleague will console you which means both of you don t get much work done.
Wouldn t it be more beneficial for the Employer, if bereavement was given in these circumstances?

There could be many ways that people may try and milk the system which could be a reason
why this is a topic of debate but, if the animals are family members, then there is reason to
believe that owners should have just as much right to use their sick leave for their ailing pet, and
bereavement leave for their deceased. Fact is that losing a beloved pet is no different to losing a

Anatomy Of The Pulmonary, Coronaries And Veins
Anatomy Of The pulmonary, Coronaries and aorta arteries
Gross anatomy
The heart and great vessels are roughly in the middle of the thorax, being surrounded laterally and
posteriorly by the lungs and anteriorly by the sternum and the central part of the thoracic cage. The
heart acts a twofold, self modifying suction and pressure pump, the parts of which work in union
to push blood to all parts of the body. The right half of the heart (right heart) gets ineffectively
oxygenated (venous) blood from the body via the SVC and IVC and pumps it through the
pulmonary trunk to the lungs for oxygenation. The left half of the heart (left heart) gets well
oxygenated (arterial) blood from the lungs via the pulmonary veins and pushes it into the aorta for
circulation to the body (Fig.1) (Moore and Dalley, 2006).
Fig.1. The heart and great vessels (Quoted from Shah, 2005)
I Anatomy of pulmonary arteries:
The lungs get blood by means of two sets of arteries: pulmonary arteries and bronchial arteries.
Deoxygenated blood goes through the pulmonary trunk which separates into a left pulmonary artery
that enters the left lung and a right pulmonary artery that enters the right lung. Return of the
oxygenated blood to the heart happens by method of the four pulmonary veins which deplete into
the left atrium (Tortora and Nielsen, 2012). The fundamental divisions of the trunk are the right and
left pulmonary arteries. The right pulmonary artery goes in front of the

Air Pollution in China Anyone s life truly lived consists of work, sunshine, exercise, soap, plenty of

without we cannot live, yet the people in China breath in pollution air which is slowing killing their
population. Most of us take the air we breathe for granted and never stop to think that we are
slowly causing the very thing we need to live to become a poison that will enter our lungs. But
how does air get polluted one might ask? The main cause of air pollution emission is from the
burning of fossil fuels and the burning of these fuels cause the air to become harmful to people
and the environment (Facts and Details). So in this essay I will bring up how bad China air is,
how it got to be so bad, why it is important for you to know and solutions to the problem. First
thing I want to talk about is just how bad the air in China is. According to Abc.net Linfen, China is
the number one most polluted place on earth causing high levels of bronchitis, pneumonia, lung
cancer, and lead poisoning in children alone. Which brings me to death rate every year in China,

Reflection On Conflict Theory
In this class, the idea of Conflict Theory was brought up very early on. I really enjoy the concept
and find it incredibly useful when considering complex topics. Conflict theory, which was
originally a concept in which Karl Marx is largely attributed, theorizes that conflict arises due to
limited resources and the competition to secure those resources. The theory says that as long as
there is a limit on how much of something there is (and since we all live on a giant ball that has a
set amount of every resource, there always will be), then there will be people who fight to have
control of it. For me, I find this theory in action everywhere, and I routinely use it as a logical
deduction tool to deduce the underlying motivations of those around me.
Whenever I see something strange happening around me, the first thing I do is ask myself: Who
profits from this? How do they profit? Why would they do that? After that, I ask myself who else
would want whatever is in question. For example, if I was asked to find a root cause for the
ongoing conflict in the middle east, I would ask who benefits from it. Once I do that, I would
probably find that a very large portion of the U.S. economy is derived from the import and export
of petroleum, which is highly abundant in the area. In fact, if the U.S. were to lose the oil imported
from the middle east, then disastrous wouldn t even come close to describing the economic turmoil
that would ensue within the United States. From this, I would undoubtedly conclude that the U.S. (
some other European countries) are guilty of destabilizing the region in order to secure rights over
their oil.
But this theory does not just apply to global issues. The idea of conflict applies everywhere, from
knowing what a possible future employer wants to hear, to understanding how much you are
paying at the register when you go grocery shopping. In fact, both of these ideas had a large
impact on how I landed my first job.
When I was in high school, seniors were required to participate in a 200 hour internship at local
businesses in order to graduate. It was during this time that I got an interview at a company known

Comparing Jesus In The Gospel Of John And Luke s...
Each gospel presents Jesus as one person but with two natures: God and man. The political, social,
and religious aspects, of the gospels, help believers to understand God s message. For example, the
Hebrew background is important to understanding the gospel because it is directed to first century
Jews. The Hebrew background is primarily religious because the gospelmessage was first sent to
the Jews (Acts 1:8). The Roman period was stable when Jesuswas born and the struggles of the
Jews were mainly of their own hearts. The Greek background is important to the gospel because
the Hellenistic culture paved the way for world wide proclamation of God s message of salvation.
All of human history revolves around Jesus, the Person. The gospel of Matthew recorded Jesus as
the King promised from God who shall rule forever over Israel. Matthew s gospel contains

Jesus transitioned from the ministration phase to the sacrifice phase by explicitly telling of His
coming death (Mark 8:27). Luke s gospel presents Jesus as the Nazarene, who is a prophet mighty

through the perfect God man (Luke 24:47).
The gospel of John serves as the capstone revelation of the life and ministry of Christ (John 3:16).
John wrote to win unbelievers to a relationship with Jesus Christ by faith. John s gospel reveals the
evangelic founding and nurturing of the church, the epistles reveals the shaping of the church, and
the apocalyptic eternal future of the church. John s account records Jesus as the Son of God, gives

the rain has stopped and the storm has moved on. It seems as though the rain has washed away
their sin of adultery, because when they walk outside the world is shiny and bright. All this time,
BobinГґt and Bibi have been waiting at the store. When the storm finally passes, they are able to go
home. On their way, BobinГґt is afraid that his wife will be angry with him for taking so long at
the store and for not being presentable. To his surprise, when they come in the backdoor, Calixta
is fixing dinner and is in a wonderful mood. She checks them over to make sure they are dry and
unharmed. She seems genuinely happy to see her husband and son. However, when BobinГґt gives
her the treat he picked up for her; she only kisses him on the cheek to show her gratitude. This

My Experience In My Middle School
Middle school changes lives, it s as simple as that. It changes everything that you know about
yourself and your abilities, and turns it upside down. When you walk through the doors on your
first day of school, you are confident and ready for everything to come, but by the last day of
eighth grade, you are exhausted, almost as if the school itself sucked the life right out of you. And
yet, you have new friends, amazing teachers, and new interests that you had never even given a
second thought before middle school. I myself have had many experiences in the middle school,
good and bad. On one faithful day in fifth grade, I became acquainted with my close friend, Azzia
Berestecki. At the time, we hated each other with the passion of a bull charging at a rodeo
clown painted red. She was the popular one, always surrounded by friends, and lovingly
accepting the rule of teacher s pet. I was the quiet girl who had a small circle of friends, and I
was considered weird and annoying by Azzia and her friends. We went on like this for a while,
hating each other for reasons none other than biases. Then, as if by fate, we both joined the
robolab team at the beginning of seventh grade. We regarded each other at a bare minimum for a
majority of the year, but then the unimaginable happened. My mother was rushed to the
emergency room and was taken in for brain surgery. She would not have been able to drive me, or
herself, to Pittsburgh and back for robolab s final competition of the

Research Paper About Juveniles
Problem Statement: Poor education, low school attendance, peer pressure, disadvantaged
socioeconomic status, and substance abuse are a few factors that have the greatest impact upon the
commission of crimes by juveniles. These factors could possibly drive a young person to commit
crimes. I strongly feel that the social learning has contributed a major role in the juvenile world
from negative influences. Once those negative influences are within the youth, they then display
their actions within their criminal behavior. Overall, it is very concise that the propensity for
criminal behavior begins prior to adulthood. Peer pressure is a big influence on our youth today.
Survey stated, out of 1,000 youth, 10% of that 1,000 stated they have not been

Romare Bearden Uptown Looking Downtown Analysis
Uptown Looking Downtown, created by Romare Bearden, is a mixed medium collage made in
1965. Romare Bearden was born in Charlotte, North Carolina, but he moved to New York City
when he was three years old. This is a very busy piece, but using the 4 Steps of Art Criticism, also
known as the Feldman Method, describing, analyzing, interpreting, and coming up with a decision
and overall judgment of this piece will be much easier to do. First, to describe Uptown Looking
Downtown, I glanced over the entire artwork and noticed that it is a large citywith a busy road
extending horizontally, which seems to take place downtown. Initially, my eyes were drawn to
the large eye located at the top, center of the piece, in between very large buildings. This eye
seems to be a large clock, due to the little hand and big hand extending out of the pupil. Many old
fashioned cars and faces of Caucasian people fill the busy road. Right in front of the busy traffic,
on the bottom, left side of the artwork, there are three Caucasian men who are dressed up,
wearing hats and nice suits. One man is holding a newspaper, the second is holding what seems to
be a magazine or a mug, and the man with a very mean expression, on the left, is holding a brief
case.
In between two of the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
To start off with the title, I already assumed this piece had something to do with hierarchy taking
place downtown. Moving on to the actual artwork, seeing the old fashion cars and clothing of the
people reminded that this piece may be represented in the late 50 s, 60 s or sometime during the
Renaissance. The three Caucasian men being positioned to where they are a bit higher above the
two African American guys, also reminded me of back in the day when racism and discrimination
was an issue. They are looking down at the two men with curiosity and what seems to be

Leave the Past Behind Essay examples
Leave The Past Behind
As the matter of fact, the racial diversity in the world is increasing day by day. However, people
just need to find out how to live comfortably with other of different history s background. It is true
that the process to overcome the past between nations and the discrimination between races takes an
amount of time. Nevertheless, people nowadays are opening a new chapter of life. In reality,
people all over the world now do not think about the painful past, the war or whatsoever anymore;
instead, they start to shake hand, make business or lifting embargoes which last decades. In the
essay, Vietnamese Youths No Longer Look Homeward which was written by Nancy Wride focuses
and reflects on young Vietnamese ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
For example, the trading door between two countries had opened widely. In a short word, in the
essay Wride defined the 1.5 generation and explained the reasons for why young Vietnamese
immigration are not looking at the past anymore. According to the essay, author defined young
Vietnamese who now are living in the United States as 1.5 generation. The term is talking about
young Vietnamese people who were originally born in Vietnambut they grown up in America.
And because these people grew up in America, this group of people tends to have a little bit
difference in the way of thinking or to no longer look at the past to decide what to do for the
future. In the essay Wride wrote: Generally, they have not inherited their parents hatred of
Communism or qualms about trading with a former enemy. 1.5 generation is carefree about what
happened to their parents, to their ancestry, relatives and their people. Through several of 1.5
generation group s interviews, they are certain don t really want to talk about the painful past
which causes many lost for their parents, dead of their people anymore. According to Tran, twenty
two years old, he said his hatred toward Vietnam couldn t get to any place closer and be comparable
to that of his parents toward the Vietnam government. As Tran said, I might not be able to
remember the persecution they had to go through, and the corruption, the hardship the South had to
endure once the North took

The Paradox Of Gladiators
Often seen as working class heroes, Roman Gladiators have become an icon to the it is nearly
impossible to think of the Roman Empire without the association of
Gladiators were a paradox within Roman society. They were viewed both as the superstars of
their day , but also ranked in the lowest tier of Roman society (Baker, 2000, pg.3). This unique
relationship of being held in contempt while also being adorned made the relationship of gladiators
to Roman society very interesting because it influenced why people might participate in the games.
Although the majority of gladiators were slaves, some were volunteers, women and political
figures. Slaves were a part of the gladiator games because they didn t have much say. Their owners

This was done in grades of gladiator training called Palus . The highest attainable grade for a
gladiator was Prime Palus . At this point, the gladiator was not only a huge asset to the ludus, but
also viewed as teacher who could pass along wisdom to other gladiators.
The paradox of gladiators continues within the school because they live in prison like conditions
and are still viewed as slaves, but because they had the potential to earn large profits for their
masters they were well taken care of in many areas. They usually received three meals a day, and
the best gladiators were also privy to treats. After examining bones from gladiator graveyards,
evidence suggest Gladiators ate a largely vegetarian diet. Hollywood movies often misinterpret
gladiators as travelers. Gladiators didn t travel from city to city for combat, they usually just fought
in the cities they lived in. Another misconception is that the gladiators fought as a team because
that is depicted in movies. Each man or woman was on their own unless they were specifically
participating in a style of fighting where there was more than one

Success Is Within The Individual Mind And Expectations
Success
Success is within the individual mind and expectations. The definition of success differs from
just one person s interpretation of what success means. A large block of life is spent working to
become successful: acquiring an education, being able to take care of family, achieving a life s
ambition, or making money. People are told throughout childhood to work hard so they can grow
up and make lots of money. Everyone aspires to be successful at whatever we are doing: starting a
new business, repairing the car, writing a term paper or practicing basketball. Every bit our efforts
are directed at achieving success. Success is not the end; it is the journey we take and there is no
right or wrong idea of success.
Money is the primary concern for some people and the main ingredient for anyone who is trying to
succeed in life. For this type of person, achieving success starts with going to a good college to
compete in a competitive job market and to prepare people to take on the world. People work
hard to make money so they can satisfy their desires. People dream about owning a home and take
pride in what they possess. Some need to appear successful in order to feel successful. These
people feel accomplished when they can admire what their hard work has given them.
For some, happiness is all that matters. Happiness is achieved in many ways, and it does not
always involve money. A person can feel successful without a lot of money, at all. For example,
feeling loved is

Disadvantages Of Incremental Model
4. INCREMENTAL MODEL. This model involves continues user feedback and interactions
resulting in a product that is much closer to user expectations. The development is built up from an
initial Prototype that is continuously being developed and tested. The requirements of the
incremental model is divided into various builds where multiple development cycles take place.
This creates a multi waterfall cycle and the cycles are divided up into smaller, more easily
managed modules. Each module passes through the requirements, design, implementation and
testing phases. A working version of software is produced during the first module, so you have
working software early on during the software life cycle. Each subsequent release of the module

Increased reusability of components. Integration from very beginning solves a lot of integration
issues. Disadvantages of RAD MODEL. Depends on strong team and individual performances
for identifying business requirements. If the system cannot be properly modularized, building
the components necessary for RAD will be problematic. High dependency on modelling skills.
When to use RAD MODEL. RAD should be used when there is a need to create a system that
can be modularized in 2 3 months of time. It should be used if there s high availability of
designers for modelling and the budget is high enough to afford their cost along with cost of
automated code generating tools. 6. AGILE MODEL. Agile Development Model is also a type of
incremental model with focus on process adaptability and customer satisfaction by rapid delivery
of working software product. Agile methods break the product into small incremental releases with
each release building on previous functionality. Each release is thoroughly tested to ensure software
quality is maintained. It is used for time critical applications. Extreme Programming (XP) is
currently one of the most well know agile development life cycle

  • 2. Homosexuality in Victorian and Elizabethan Literature. Alexander Lucero AP English 12 Yu 5.17.12 Homosexuality Portrayed in Literature: Threat To Yourself and Those Around You The Victorian era and Elizabethan era had many homophobic attributes, just as today s society does. Gothic writers of the Victorian Age played off of the fear and immorality of homosexualityand used those feelings as a basis for their novels. Bram Stoker told a story about a vampire that challenged the Victorian gender roles and managed to reverse them, making men faint like women, and making women powerful like men, and called it Dracula. Mary Shelley created a a physical being out of a man s suppressed homosexuality due to his Victorian male upbringing; a man named Frankenstein. Robert Stevenson described what ... Homosexual men are infamous for being promiscuous, at least that is the label that has been placed on most if not all homosexual men, and for this reason sexually transmitted diseases have become something expected of them. This must have been a belief in the Victorian era, since syphilis was the disease that was feared and said to have come from sodomy. In this era, violence from society also attacked homosexuality. Homosexuals were hung, or lynched. (Sadownick par. 5) This history of homophobia shows that it grows in society from a person s upbringing. Things occur in a person s life that cause them to act in certain ways and believe specific things. The public hatred of gay men taught the generations that being gay was wrong, and that people that were gay needed to be punished. Homophobia was strong in the days of the Gothic writers, and though it has weakened, it still affects people in today s society. • 4. Transformation in North America A transformation is taking place in cities throughout North America, which are doing away with their heteronormative practices of designing cities, and creating more gay spaces. This trend is largely driven by a changing cultural perspective among the various cultural groups, as well as the general trend towards acceptance for those who are gay. These gay spaces are usually confined to areas of the community where there is typically a high concentration of gay people. The locations that contain these queer spaces, are areas of reprieve for the gay community, and they should be accepted in communities that have an identifiable neighbourhood consisting largely of gay people. In her statement Today in most overtly gay spaces there is little to no visible gender queerness or any indication that such variance is tolerated, Petra Doan is saying that while there are gay spaces that are created for the queer community, these areas often do not contain a high number of gay people, and they are in fact mostly inhabited by heterosexuals. The gendering of these spaces is meant to increase the general acceptance of gay people and to provide a haven for them, but Doan believes these spaces are still largely dominated by heterosexuals. When many people hear human development, they tend to think about infancy or adolescent years when kids go through puberty, but the most amazing developmental processes take place in the prenatal stage. The amount of growth and change that occurs during the nine month gestational period is almost incomprehensible. Prenatal development is broken down into three stages, the Germinal stage, the Embryonic Stage, and the Fetal stage. This paper will mainly focus on the embryonic stage because there is a vast amount of crucial development that happens during this period. The embryonic stage is also exciting because it is during this stage that the mass of cells that are supposed to be a human, starts to actually resemble a baby. The embryonic stage begins two weeks after conception, after implantation has taken place, and lasts until week eight. In Margaret Atwood s Negotiating with the Dead, she describes writing from a personal standpoint, we all write in our own way. It also shows we have that we have positive and negative sides to writing. She describes writing in different ways to show how many writing styles/ideas there are. The best examples that distinguish writing are taking risks, express yourself and amuse/please the reader. These play hand in hand because you have to take risks in your writing, and you don t know if people will like it or not. In all the pieces you write, you have to express yourself in some type of a way. To amuse/please the reader you have to try to connect the text with the reader s personal experience. You have to make the reader understand and appreciate your writing when he/she is done reading your piece. Writing is a way in which people express themselves. • 24. Conventional Gender Roles Are Embedded Into Our Stories... Conventional gender roles are embedded into our stories creating the idea of princess culture . This princess culture creates the idea that girls have to become both Cinderella and Supergirl. This concept also brings happily ever after into the mix, creating the masculine prince who saves the princess or is arm candy at the end of the fairytale. While this format is much beloved by many including myself, there are many lesser known fairy tales which make important breaks in these gendernorms. By looking under the surface one sees that The Twelve Dancing Princesses by Marianna Mayer breaks the princess culture gender roles, having strong women defying the rules as well as the princeundermining the classic notion of a hero in the princess narrative. The 12 Dancing Princesses by Marianna Mayer takes place in a mysterious world where upon waking the King finds his 12 daughters shoes completely worn through. A young gardener is able to solve the mystery by tricking the princesses into thinking that he is asleep while secretly following them in his invisibility cloak. The gardener discovers that the young princesses secretly go off to a beautiful ball every night and dance the night away. He steals three golden branches and a golden cup as proof of the beautiful night that he witnessed. The youngest daughter finds out Peter has discovered their secret when he puts one of the branches in her bouquet. When Peter finally explains to the King what has happened, he ... • 25. Battle Of Trenton Summary On December 16th, 1776, George Washington crossed the Delaware River and attacked the Hessian troops located in Trenton, New Jersey. It started when a Philadelphian, General Thomas Mifflin, rallied the militia because they were shamed by The American Crisis. By Christmas, Washington still barely had 6,000 troops fit for duty, knowing that he started getting reinforcements after the rally. Timing was important because if he waited, the enlistments would expire and the Delaware River would freeze. Finally, on Christmas night of 1776, the layer of ice covering the Delaware river cracked, allowing Washington and his troops to cross the river. This included 2,400 veteran troops and 18 cannons into Durham Boats. Many troops had to walk in the freezing cold grounds with their bare feet, leaving bloody footprints all around. Meanwhile, General James Ewing commanded 1,000 other troops nine miles above Trenton to block any retreating Hessians occupying Trenton. The peasants revealed a container containing thirteen leather bound manuscripts that were buried in the fourteenth century. Dated back to 200 A.D., there was not much known about the Gospelof Thomas besides that there were only three small fragments from Oxyrynchus. Gnosticism is a term that is used for spiritual practices and religious beliefs. This term was very common for early Christians, as well as Zoroastrianism, Hellenistic Judaism, and Neoplatonism. The discovery of this Gospel, which was founded in 1945, along with the rest of the Nag Hamaddi library is very revealing of certain gnostic groups that we previously had less knowledge of. We knew of Gnosticism from other texts and witnesses to them (Irenaeus) before. However, now there are many more source texts. There is also a difference between Gnostics and Orthodox Christianity. The Old Testament prophecies were described as fulfilled by Jesus. That is that Jesus was explained in the canonical Gospels as the Messiah. All of these help prepare new drivers for the next stage of their life in transport. I personally went through all of this just a year ago, and I have seen how it can help prepare fairly new drivers for safe driving. After getting a license there are many limitations put on you, some only last for a few months, but others last for your whole high school career. Limitations like these help new drivers to learn good and lasting habits, so that they can keep themselves and others safe. Some of these laws; however, need to be updated and more defined, so that teenage drivers learn and understand how dangerous driving really is. One big limitation is not being able to have any passengers in the car unless they are related to you. This is a great law, because teens can become distracted by their friends, but one things that bothers me is this law is active for six months from getting your license, but after that you can have friends in your car. I just think that this shouldn t be so abrupt, going from no one in your car to a car full of your friends. I think that teens should, during their first six months, have checkpoints in which they can slowly accumulate more people in their car and become more used to having distractions, and being able to avoid them. I know most kids don t follow this law anyway, but for those who do follow this law, I believe it will greatly help them become more accustomed to driving with distracting people in their car. Another law that I think could be more enforced is the 40 hours of driving rule. This rule is that new drivers must drive at least 40 hours in the car before they get their license, 10 of those hours must be at night, while the other 30 is during the day. This rule isn t really very enforced, and is just passed by, but I think that there should be more strict rules put upon this, so that we know that new drivers are experienced enough to drive safely. Driving 40 hours is a long time, and that is a long time to be able to train your skills and make better habits to help your driving. If a new driver completes ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 36. Reflection On Conflict Theory In this class, the idea of Conflict Theory was brought up very early on. I really enjoy the concept and find it incredibly useful when considering complex topics. Conflict theory, which was originally a concept in which Karl Marx is largely attributed, theorizes that conflict arises due to limited resources and the competition to secure those resources. The theory says that as long as there is a limit on how much of something there is (and since we all live on a giant ball that has a set amount of every resource, there always will be), then there will be people who fight to have control of it. For me, I find this theory in action everywhere, and I routinely use it as a logical deduction tool to deduce the underlying motivations of those around me. Whenever I see something strange happening around me, the first thing I do is ask myself: Who profits from this? How do they profit? Why would they do that? After that, I ask myself who else would want whatever is in question. For example, if I was asked to find a root cause for the ongoing conflict in the middle east, I would ask who benefits from it. Once I do that, I would probably find that a very large portion of the U.S. economy is derived from the import and export of petroleum, which is highly abundant in the area. In fact, if the U.S. were to lose the oil imported from the middle east, then disastrous wouldn t even come close to describing the economic turmoil that would ensue within the United States. From this, I would undoubtedly conclude that the U.S. ( some other European countries) are guilty of destabilizing the region in order to secure rights over their oil. But this theory does not just apply to global issues. The idea of conflict applies everywhere, from knowing what a possible future employer wants to hear, to understanding how much you are paying at the register when you go grocery shopping. In fact, both of these ideas had a large impact on how I landed my first job. The Hebrew background is primarily religious because the gospelmessage was first sent to the Jews (Acts 1:8). • 45. Success Is Within The Individual Mind And Expectations Success Success is within the individual mind and expectations. The definition of success differs from just one person s interpretation of what success means. A large block of life is spent working to become successful: acquiring an education, being able to take care of family, achieving a life s ambition, or making money. People are told throughout childhood to work hard so they can grow up and make lots of money. Everyone aspires to be successful at whatever we are doing: starting a new business, repairing the car, writing a term paper or practicing basketball. Every bit our efforts are directed at achieving success. Success is not the end; it is the journey we take and there is no right or wrong idea of success. For this type of person, achieving success starts with going to a good college to compete in a competitive job market and to prepare people to take on the world. • 46. Disadvantages Of Incremental Model 4. INCREMENTAL MODEL. This model involves continues user feedback and interactions resulting in a product that is much closer to user expectations. The development is built up from an initial Prototype that is continuously being developed and tested. The requirements of the incremental model is divided into various builds where multiple development cycles take place. This creates a multi waterfall cycle and the cycles are divided up into smaller, more easily managed modules. Each module passes through the requirements, design, implementation and testing phases. A working version of software is produced during the first module, so you have working software early on during the software life cycle. Each subsequent release of the module adds... Depends on strong team and individual performances for identifying business requirements. If the system cannot be properly modularized, building the components necessary for RAD will be problematic. High dependency on modelling skills. When to use RAD MODEL. RAD should be used when there is a need to create a system that can be modularized in 2 3 months of time. It should be used if there s high availability of designers for modelling and the budget is high enough to afford their cost along with cost of automated code generating tools. 6. AGILE MODEL. Agile Development Model is also a type of incremental model with focus on process adaptability and customer satisfaction by rapid delivery of working software product. Agile methods break the product into small incremental releases with each release building on previous functionality. Each release is thoroughly tested to ensure software quality is maintained. It is used for time critical applications. Extreme Programming (XP) is currently one of the most well know agile development life cycle ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
