To whom it may concern:
As the Vice President of Sales here at the Pacific National Exhibition for the past 15
years, it is my pleasure to offer this personal recommendation for Andrea Jabour.
Andrea started working for me in January of 2006. We had just lost my previous Director
to a long fight with cancer. Andrea came into a very difficult situation between the
emotional grief the staff was facing at the time and the fact that our year round
portfolio had grown tremendously in the previous 5 years.
Her sensitivity to staff combined with the strength of her previous relationships in the
industry had a huge affect on the process of healing and moving forward. She reinforced
a calm and focused approach which took us through the change. Over the last 5 years
she went through the department analyzing our literature, systems, event tracking,
event mix, and overall performance. She was highly successful in adding structure and
vision to an already growing portfolio,
On top of all this I would add that she brought humour and personality to the working
environment, which helped us in the pressure filled event industry of today.
I would have no hesitation in recommending her for future positions and would
