NYeC | PCIP Learning Series #1 - DSRIP
This inaugural NYeC | PCIP Learning Series is targeted at DSRIP PPS leads, service providers, and others who would like to learn more about New York State’s current and future programs to increase HIT adoption, usage, and practice transformation.
In this first session, we will focus on two tactical areas. First, how DSRIP PPS leaders can analyze participating provider data to facilitate project planning, outreach, and program success. Second, an industry expert from Primary Care Development Corp will provide a helpful overview of how organizations can prepare for and achieve Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) recognition.
There will be more sessions to follow and we welcome your input to help shape future content to assist those working to transform healthcare in New York State.

The Impact of Proposed MU Rule Changes 2015 2017
The presentation summarizes proposed changes to the Meaningful Use program for 2015-2017 outlined in a CMS Notice of Proposed Rulemaking. Key changes include shortening the EHR reporting period to 90 days in 2015, reducing the total number of objectives from 13-17 down to 10 for both Stages 1 and 2, and adjusting the timeline so all providers can attest to Stage 3 by 2018. The goals are to better align the stages, streamline redundant measures, and simplify the transition between stages, without requiring new technology functionality. The impact on providers would be minimal changes to workflow and movement toward continued practice transformation.

The Department of Health is formulating the first National Integrated Cancer Control Program Strategic Plan for 2021-2025. They sent a Regional Rapid Assessment Tool to regional directors to assess the current implementation status of cancer control programs in their respective regions. The assessment aims to gather qualitative input from regional and local levels to guide the strategic plan's overall direction. Due to COVID-19, the assessment team cannot conduct in-person data collection so the regional directors are asked to accomplish the assessment tool to provide their perspectives on cancer program implementation in their regions. Their responses are requested by September 30, 2020 to incorporate in the national assessment.

This document provides guidelines and checklists for cooperative operations and management in various areas. It outlines policies, programs, plans and manuals that Philippine cooperatives should have in place to properly guide their operations. These include development plans, annual plans and budgets, social development plans, education and training plans, board resolutions on human resources, finances and more. The document also provides templates to track performance indicators over multiple years.
