7 Steps to a Successful WrinkleMD Event
1. In-Store Signage: Place signs up in the location at least 3 weeks before the event.
2. Pre-Book: Provide event sign-up sheets with time slots at the front desk when the signs go up.
3. Promote: Advertise on Facebook, Twitter, and email all clients announcing the event at least 1
week prior.
4. Cross-Sell: When Spa makes confirmation calls to clients about other appointments, always ask
them if they want to book a WrinkleMD appointment too.
5. Follow-up: Sales rep contacts spa 3 days before event to check-in on event status, signups, etc.
6. Confirm: Spa confirms all appointments 1 day before the event.
7. Special Offer: Offer WrinkleMD treatments (minimum charge of $10)and deduct the cost from each
retail purchase. (Offering the service for free will minimize the value and result in lower retail sales).

Event Sales Script for Spa Staff
We are having a special event on Thursday July 10th with limited spaces available. We are
launching WrinkleMD, a new product and service here, that safely and naturally reduces
wrinkles in 30 minutes AND has long-lasting results. We call it the WOW without the OW!
We have special patches that infuse the skin with natural peptides and Hyaluronic Acid
without using needles. The results are immediate and incredible. You can select your
forehead or around your eyes to treat crow's feet. You don't have to take off your eye
makeup or even lie down for the service. The service will be $50 after the event. For this
event it is just $10 that you pay for at the time of service. You also receive a 20% discount

WrinkleMD TREATMENT PROTOCOL
Step 1 – Prep with Infusion Skin Prep
Use to clean face the face and remove any makeup, moisturizers, or other skin products. Wait for skin
to dry. VERY IMPORTANT TO MAKE SURE SKIN IS CLEAN AND DRY
Benefits: Optimizes conductivity & patch adhesion, cleanses skin of impurities and cleans pores.
Step 2 – Treat with HA Infusion Eye or Brow Patch
Remove patches from foil. Place on countertop and attach both buds. Apply Professional Eye and/or
Brow Patch and wear for 30 minutes. Treatment will start and stop automatically.
Benefits: Delivers peptides and replenishes Hyaluronic Acid for smoother, hydrated skin.
Step 3 - Maintain with Youth Serum HA
