1. In-Store Signage: Place signs up in the location at least 3 weeks before the event.
2. Pre-Book: Provide event sign-up sheets with time slots at the front desk when the signs go up.
3. Promote: Advertise on Facebook, Twitter, and email all clients announcing the event at least 1
week prior.
4. Cross-Sell: When Spa makes confirmation calls to clients about other appointments, always ask
them if they want to book a WrinkleMD appointment too.
5. Follow-up: Sales rep contacts spa 3 days before event to check-in on event status, signups, etc.
6. Confirm: Spa confirms all appointments 1 day before the event.
7. Special Offer: Offer WrinkleMD treatments (minimum charge of $10)and deduct the cost from each
retail purchase. (Offering the service for free will minimize the value and result in lower retail sales).

Step 1 – Prep with Infusion Skin Prep
Use to clean face the face and remove any makeup, moisturizers, or other skin products. Wait for skin
to dry. VERY IMPORTANT TO MAKE SURE SKIN IS CLEAN AND DRY
