PNA Puppet Theatre has organized numerous puppetry performances, workshops, and seminars over the past few years to promote puppetry and theatre in education. The workshop was facilitated by Subhasis Neogi, Swapnanil Neogi, and Sarita Bhargaw, with support from other group members and volunteers.

St. Angel’s school organised the Theatre Workshop during summer vacation this year i.e. from 21 May, 2018 to 17 June, 2018 associated with Asmita Theatre under the leadership of three sterling mentors Mr. Rahul Khanna, Mr. Abhishek Pandey and Ms. Tanvi.These classes helped in inculcating important skills that aspiring actors want to achieve. This workshop helped students in numerous ways as the classes built confidence among them,inculcated public speaking skills, enhanced team work spirit , worked on their facial expressions and many more. The students showcased their performance at India Habitat Centre on 17 June 2018 in the form of four different inspirational plays which helped in spreading social awareness —Marble Story, Maa, Ramu ki Kulhari and Andher Nagari Chopat Raja. The parents too felt elated with the outstanding performance of their wards. The children too sensed excitement on being awarded with appreciation Certificate by Mr. Arvind Gaur the founder of Asmita Theatre
