Effective Fall Semester 2017, students district-wide will need to have all of their mandatory institutional fees* paid (or waived) to remain enrolled in classes. You must pay to stay (Pay2Stay) enrolled.
This is how Pay2Stay will work:
Fall 2017 Registration takes place districtwide, May 15 – June 23, 2017 for students with priority registration appointments.
John Q. Student registers for classes on May 22, 2017. The Fall 2017 semester begins August 28, 2017. Mr. Student must now (a) pay in full by cash or credit/debit card no later than 28 days prior to the start of the semester, or, (b) submit a FAFSA and have anticipated or awarded financial aid sufficient to cover all of his fees, or, (c) be approved and awarded a Board of Governors Fee Waiver prior to their payment due date, or, (d) have confirmation that aid sponsored by another government agency or scholarship is pending and will be applied, no later than the payment due date.
Mr. Student will receive an email notification (1) warning him of the impending payment due date, and if he fails to pay, (2) an email informing him that his classes have been dropped due to failure to pay fees. All open seats created as a result of the drops due to non-payment will be backfilled by students on the waiting lists. Mr. Student may re-enroll within 48 hours once his classes have been dropped. However, prior to the start of the term, Mr. Student must ensure that his fees have been paid or waived or they will again be dropped prior to the start of the term, at which time the open seats that were created by the drops for non-payment will be filled by students from the waitlists.

Learn how the rules concerning two consecutive semesters of progress/academic probation will affect your BOG eligibility. Learn how you can file an appeal of Loss of BOG in time to avoid losing your classes. Learn how you can get assistance from counseling to help you improve your grade point average.

Welcome to the Program Your Destiny course. In this course, we will be learning the technology of personal transformation, neuroassociative conditioning (NAC) as pioneered by Tony Robbins. NAC is used to deprogram negative neuroassociations that are causing approach avoidance and instead reprogram yourself with positive neuroassociations that lead to being approach automatic. Scheduling Schedule as early as possible: early orientations; waiting on the computer for registration to open Be aware of initial drop date and when registration opens back up (usually on a Monday at 4:00 pm) Drop and add classes within the first week of school to get refunded (or first two days of summer semester) Be aware of the last day to drop with a “W”
8. TOPS/Financial Aid You MUST have a deferment on your account BEFORE the first purge date! Check your statement of account and university email account early and often Finish any paperwork early If you have questions, ASK!
9. Tuition The University now offers a payment plan– use it! Schedule one class, pay for it, and then schedule the rest Once a payment (excluding the payment plan) is applied, any remaining balance does not have to be paid until mid term (October 15) Tops balance does not have to be paid until October 15!
