World Merit is an International organisation that supports Youth Empowerment.
the headquarters is based in Liverpool. Now World MERIT ALREADY HAS A
COUNTRY OFFICE IN INDONESIA which will be the Representative for World
Merit. We will do various of projects for our society particularly Indonesian youth in
order to bring positive impacts. WMIndonesia has a plan to expand our
organisation to every young people in Indonesia, we want to have representatives
in every city and even in educational institution to develop our projects.
WM Indonesia will launch officially at 25th July simultaneously with The World
Merit Day 2015 that will occur all around the world. Currently we have City
Representatives and their team in 8 different regions and we will keep expanding
our network and community to become one of the largest Youth Movements in
Indonesia. the projects that will be held will relate with health, education,
technology, sustainability development, culture, politics, entrepreneurship and etc.

We want to give changes not only to our society but also
our members #Meriters. we want to help each of our
member to develop their skills in leadership, event
organising and planning, experience, and networking (not
only that we will expand our network and find friends from
Indonesia but also all over the world)!! So what are you
waiting for? we are bringing changes everywhere, internal
between Wm members and external to our society! these
benefits will not only help you with your scholar journey
but also your career.

Indonesian youth to empower change
and development in society

1. Collaborating ideas beyond borders
into impact able actions for societies.
2. To inspire youths from 34 Provinces
around Indonesia to collaborate
through social projects in order to make
positive and impact able action.

3 different members of World Merit Indonesia:
1. Country Office (country representative + board of
members + officers),
2. Province/city team,
3. volunteers
Country Office (CO) members are
demanded to dedicate him/herself to
the wm and communicate with the wm
hq.
Province/city representative will form
and organize a team in each region to
proceed projects regionally and
nationally.
Volunteers are the most priceless
members of the team. volunteers
helps WMIndo to execute the
events!
There will be 11 Officers that will
be divided according to the
divisions of the Board of
Members, they will be supervised
by The Board and working as a
team as a CO member regarding
the Country Office.
The Country
Office
Introduction
Goal: Country Office Represntative have the intention of establishing an
official World Merit Country Council in their country, based on the Country
Council GOvernance Framework designed by World Merit. The goal is
set-up an international structure of Country Councils to guide and
structure nantional projects and initiatives of World Merit.
Country Council : Country Council is a bigger and firm form of Country
Office. As we have done many projects and our actions had been
assessed according to the impacts that we have bring and all our hard
work, the Country Office will then be enhanced to a Country Council.
Structure: World Merit HQ is in direct with the Country Office
Representatives. Every Country Office will start working with a team of
volunteers and will in time recruit an Executive Board with defined roles
and individual responsibilities.
Every each one of members will only have one poisition. None can have 2
or more roles, the positions will only be replaced with the new generation
annually. Therefore each CO member should be commited to work for the
whole year.
City Representative will be reporting to Head of Engagement & Events
Regarding projects, and submitting the 3 months – city representative
progress reoprt to the Country Office

Coordinator/ City Representative In charge of coordinating every single division and team member in the region.
Regional spokes person, direct link to WM CO. Will be coordinating with COR
Secretary Organizes every legal document, such as reports, business letters, proposals,
etc. Will be in contact with COS
Treasury Make sure budget is in order, record financial data, coordinates with COVP and
COHC about financial matters
Public Relations Managing client relationships, Bringing in new cooperating opportunities, Will be
coordinating with COS
Creative and Design Poster, banners and all event properties designer, will be coordinating with
COHM and COHE
Fundraising Has a certain amount of target of fundraising, organizes fundraising events,
Coordinates with COHE and COHC
Human Resource Regional member and volunteer recruitments, member profile data, Coordinates
with City/Province Representative.
