Mr. Thomas Learning Environment
  Project LMS course
 My LEP would be a MOOC or Massive open online
course. I would design this course to be a self paced
non-credit, free admission course for anyone who
wanted to learn about solar photovoltaic energy and its
applications. The basic learning systems would be
constructed upon a LMS hosted in the clouds and a
PLE would be required for each learner to be able to
access the course, contribute feedback, collaborate
with others and to prove mastery of the material. This
is how it would look virtually.

    year)
 A Dell PowerEdge server with Dual-Core processing power, built-
in hardware virtualization technology and fully-buffered DIMM
memory. While the LMS will be in the clouds a server will assist in
managing the link between me and the LMS. ($1500.00)
 #6 18 or higher-pixel cameras with tripod to create movies for
learning in a web 2.0 virtual environment. ($2400.00)
 #1 17”Laptop Sony vaio with i7 core processor and minimum 2TB
    external hard drive. ($790.00)
 At least 2- interactive whiteboards for diagramming functions.
    ($3000.00)
 Wireless microphone and headset. ($250.00)

                        host #2-courses. I can create 3-
