something in your portfolio that is stable?

a month for 15 years. The value would be $117,000.
That’s right!

Open a true Self - Directed IRA
Roll enough money into it to make a small purchase or
to wholesale a house if you do that
Buy a small property in your IRA. Sell it to make a
profit
Rinse and Repeat
