The document describes the 46.2 MW Deleni Wind Farm project located in Constanta County, Romania. The project involves installing 14 wind turbines with a total capacity of 46.2 MW. The wind farm is located in an area with strong, consistent winds and has received all required authorizations and permits. It has access to the local electrical grid via a 110kV transmission line located 7.5 km from the site. The project site and required authorizations are in place, making the wind farm ready for construction.

The impact of integration of solar farms on the power losses, voltage profile...journalBEEI
This paper introduces a study of utilizing solar energy farm that is integrated with the national grid based on intensive data availability of solar energy in Jordan. The study discusses the impact and the ability of integrating solar farms into the national grid of Jordan. The study considerd different cases and, various power system studies for connection points of solar farms to medium voltage networks. Among these studies are short circuit level, voltage profile and power losses. The main objective of the study is to analyze impacts of integration of solar farms on distribution systems of the chosen areas. Photovoltaic (PV) system with varying penetration levels are integrated at different locations (connection points) into the distribution network. Calculations are performed and models are built using actual data obtained from the Jordanian power grid with PV interconnection. The effect of the short circuit level, voltage profile and power losses in the distribution system are also analyzed. Finally, the most suitable method of connecting the solar farm to the national power network is recommended.

Aeolian map of Romania and project location
4. 46,2 MW Deleni Wind Farm
The climate is mild-continental with main winds coming from NE. The proximity to the
continental Russia generates strong winds during the winter (Crivatul) and constant winds
during the summer time. 4

The Wind Park is located in the
southern part of Dobrogea Region,
well known for many wind farms
already constructed in this area.
Dobrogea region is considered one of
the best areas in Romania for
developing Wind Energy Projects due
to the constant winds and proximity
to the Black Sea.
A big advantage of Deleni Wind
Farm is the proximity to Constanta
Port – abt.45 km and to highway A2 -
20km, direct and easy access from
National Road DJ307 and close to
110kV line;

WIND
Wind Resource in Constanta Area has been analyzed by using a Mesoscale
Meteorological Modeling (MASS) COUPLED WITH A Microscale Wind
Resource Modeling (Wind Map)
The wind data presented in this proposal is a correlation of five
measurement points of Dobrogea Region over de past years.
The average wind speed is around 7,2 m/s at 80 m hub high.
Wind Load = 2.873 h (conservative result)
Wind measurements started in May 2011.
Own Mast of 86 meter height, on park location.
The Company owns 7,34 ha of land necessary for 14 turbines positions as
well as the 46,2 MW Wind Farm Project authorizations.
The owner wants to sell the entire package (company + land + project) by
means of SPA.
Ownership land documentation is checked and complete, registered in the
Land Registry (CF).
