Wilfredo Figueroa has worked as the Foreman at Eureka Stone Quarry since 1996 where he leads and manages employees. His daily duties include safety inspections and authorizing production to begin once deemed safe. When issues arise, he assembles a team to fix machinery or vehicles so production can continue with a daily target of 4,500 to 5,000 tons excavated. Recently he took on overseeing a new asphalt recycling plant. Over 20 years he has learned to maintain a healthy, well-run plant and employees.
