Assessment of solar resources along with site survey and feasibility analysis, validation
and preliminary planning for project execution. System design through advanced planning

DETAILED ENGINEERING
Utilizing advanced design tools like STAAD, PVSyst, etc. and finalizing designs and

PROCUREMENT & DELIVERY
Interacting with vendors for component benchmarking as per IS/IEC codes and
standards. Regular follow-ups with vendors ensuring timely delivery, followed by
inspection of materials prior to dispatch.
CONSTRUCTION
Validation of the final design according to the installation plan, adherence to the
execution schedule, while monitoring the installation process followed by commissioning
and trial run. Deployment of skilled staff at the site while ensuring adherence to the
pre-commissioning and commissioning checklists.
OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE
Analysis of all performance parameters, system failure & taking corrective actions
to prevent re-occurrence, generation forecasting and monitoring through the Central
Monitoring System.
