A regular and timely spiritual health check-up reveals how we are doing spiritually as followers of the Lord Jesus.
The Master‘s Health Check-Up is a reminder about being mindful of our spiritual health and being aware of what affects our spiritual temperature.
God's intention towards people is that we need to give equal care to the body, spirit and soul. We forget caring the Body being so spiritual in following Christ. Physical care is very important in spiritual life too. Be Blessed!

2. What is fasting ? Re-Presenting "afflicting one's soul." Fasting is more than just "afflicting one's body". It is "afflicting one's soul." Fasting shows that my desires are second nature to God. Your also denying your wants and desires and placing your self in a better place or thought. The Greek word for fasting is:nesteia -- a compound of ne (a negative prefix) and esthio which means "to eat." So the basic root meaning of the word simply means "not to eat." Read; Leviticus 16:29 this will help you to under that fasting is more for your soul than your body. Why?
3. FastingAdvantages Helps to promote health for the body more naturally. Psychologically healthy for your mind. Speedy recovery of many different healings, whether it’s spiritual or physical. Creates a deeper relationship with God! Creates more self confidence! Allows you to build yourself and control your surroundings. Also allows your body to self heal itself.
12. Just some suggestions on how to spend your time fasting……….. This really is a personal decision, yet mostly spend it thinking and breathing the word of God!. By all means please do your daily tasks! We all fast while the day goes on. To get you started: Remember fasting is an expression of wholeheartedness. This is the clear in Joel 2:12
