 Per year huge graduate student passed from many institute, Such as IT
engineer, doctor, B.B.A and etc. according to quantity of graduate
students there is not enough job sector.
 So, for better living and for better job peoples want to move abroad.
Because there are many Job Sector available in abroad.
So that’s why they find any better job in abroad easily.

• Population means stability, but too much of something is bad enough. A large
number of people in our country are going foreign country because of this
problem. I am describing a topic which is over population in Bangladesh &
how its create problem in job sector

3.Lack of skills.
4.creat unemployment problem.

5.  In job sector political power is the most important thing. without
having any good political power you will not have any good jobs.
 Without political reference finding a job is like finding a Gold coin.
Every job sector you must full fill the recommendations of political
leaders which is very difficult for an ordinary person.
 But in abroad you don't need any kinds of political reference, if you
have the ability to do the job you will sure have.
[So that’s why people are moving abroad because there they got job by
their own ability not by any kinds of political powers]

 Without working skills people don't get a good job. That’s why the people think
to move abroad to earn more. After Going abroad they have to do lower job.
There are multiple problems are creating for job sector.

They can do any works as their own ability without having any good
qualification.

7. TO HAVE A BETTER STANDARD LIVING
First of all Bangladesh is a poor country . Our country have not enough
job sector. A large number of people in our country are not satisfied for
our country's job sector stability, Also do not like environment of job
sector in Bangladesh. Many families are going foreign country and
permanently living there by doing job They earn there livelihood. That’s
why they go abroad.

8. CORRUPTION IN JOB SECTOR:
In our country If you Are qualified enough and want a good job ,your educational
qualification have no value. Because in many job sectors you have to pay big
amount of money to the higher authority.
By taking reference from cabinet member , major general or any other
government employee you can get job. But without giving money or don’t take
any reference its very hard to get job in our country.
On the other hand in foreign country’s anyone can get his job by his educational
qualification or his capability. There is no corruption in job sector. If you are
qualified enough and capable of doing any kind of job you will get the job easily.

9. ALREADY HAVE FAMILY ABROAD
 In abroad there are many Bangladeshi family who permanently live
there. Then there children also stay there because they got better
opportunities. They don’t want to come in Bangladesh because
Bangladesh cant give which they need like job. There they will also
have a very good salary and better opportunities . That’s why they
don’t want to stay in Bangladesh and want to go abroad.

10. NARROW THINKING
Narrow thinking about go abroad for job is one of the
strong reason for this.
Many people think that they can't get a good job. They also
think that the salary of the jobs of our country are not
sufficient to lead a decent life.
After that foreign jobs provide better salaries. And so they
decide it of their own thinking.

developing country.

emigrated others and this remittances are second largest sounds of foreign
revenue.

• Bangladesh is a developing country but not a developed country. We have a
huge population which is the main reason of our all problem.
• Now come to the point Low value of money in Bangladesh. The main resone
of its that the low development of our country.
• Analyst said that Quwet, Dubai, America,Canada,Soudi arabia etc all countries
money value is more than Bangladesh. Because they are more more and more
develop from us. Such as qwets one diner is 285tk when we will use it in bd.
Saudi Arabs one riyal is 18 tk,USA dollar is 72 tk. At last what about India
they are our neighbor county. There moneys value is also more than us. Than
why shouldn't people go abroad . why? The working time is same whatever
they did in bd. But they can earn much money because there money value is
more from us.
