There is a lot of talk in the dental industry on controlling overhead (expenses). If we talk about dental supplies, average int he country is 7-8% and most Industry experts through a 5% goal it. In this presentation, for the first time, I put my thoughts together on how to get to 4% with a process that can be implemented in any dental practice.
