The Canon G7X camera is being used as the main camera due to its high quality and ease of use. Two tripods are being used for filming - a multifunctional tripod with a rotating head and extendable legs over 1 meter that has proven effective, and a smaller, cheaper tripod that cannot rotate but has flexible legs to fix the camera around objects.

1. This is the Canon G7X. We are using this as the
main camera due to its high quality and ease of
use. We have already gone and used it to see how
it would perform and it was perfect. There are
different modes we can change too for different
shots and scenes for example: Star mode and
landscape mode.
We are using two tripods for our filming. The one
on the right is being used for higher angle shots
around head height. It is multifunctional and has
different angle and heights, which you can film at.
The had can be rotated 360 degrees to get a
tracking shot or a panorama where as the legs
can be extended over 1 metre. We have used this
and have found it very effective and useful.
This is a much smaller and cheaper tri pod, which
cannot be rotated or raised. This will come in
handy when we have to have shots in a tree etc.
The legs of the tri pod can be bent around objects
so the camera is fixed into one position. We have
not used this yet as we have no need to however
we have some high angle shots planned where
this will be usfel.
