RMCs invest heavily in relocation technology to streamline the relocation process, reduce costs and time, and keep up with mobile transferees. An RMC's technology should allow for customization to a company's relocation policies, provide a document repository and automated tasks, enable real-time reporting and account access, and support relocation workflows through mobile apps. However, technology is only as good as the staff utilizing it, so an RMC should also provide high-quality service alongside technological capabilities.
