Imagine your team is not happily sitting together in the same room or building but scattered across different countries. How do you keep communications up and running? How do you handle such a situation as a manager? How do you cope with potentially not everyone getting crucial information? Participants will get a (very short) overview of Ilari’s experiences and then be put in a simulation, wherein they have to collaborate on a mini-project and come to a successful end. Of course, there will be disturbances, which will make the endeavor more difficult.
